There's also the possibility that when Alvey reaches adult age, he himself may become a father one day to a kid or set of kids who then inherit his powers. Then they grow up and procreate and the cycle repeats through countless generations of their descendants. In siring a child whilst wearing the mask, Tim could've essentially become the progenitor of a Reality Warper human sub-race. You can only imagine what the world would be like having them interact with non-powered humans, especially when you know not all of them are going to be moral.
