When Hordak is poisoned and needs someone to shed tears for him to break the spell? Well, yes, it's the heroic thing to do for Adora and the realization that Hordak really is that pathetic is pretty sad. But also remember that Adora was raised by Hordak and spent her youth as his second-in-command believing she was doing the right thing. On some level, she still wouldn't want him dead.
