So the kid who offered to trade some water balloons for the pouch did not get punished, but Balloona Luna did get punished for accepting the trade. Seems unfair? Think about it: Balloona Luna decided that the water balloons had greater value than the pouch. Of course she was the one who got punished and not the kid who asked to trade. He decided that the pouch was the better trade while she decided the pouch had less value then two water balloons, so obviously the pouch was disrespected by that!
