  • In the unofficial translation of RPG Maker 2000, instead of translating the sample adventures it came with, translator Don Miguel made his own sample adventure starring himself as the main character. The face portrait used by the character was the Male Thief. Now consider Don Miguel essentially stole RPG Maker as his pirated translation became the most popular version in English-speaking countries... Might be unintentional, but if it is, then it's a Hell of a coincidence.
