The priest Evaristo was about to marry Ana and Gabriel, but Ana ran away and refused to get married. Antonio then proposed: everyone is here already, there is a party awaiting outside, so he will get married with Julia instead. The priest complained that he's married with Laura, and the church does not allow divorces, but gave in to the requests and married them anyway. Nice ending... until you realize that such marriage will be null and void, and that the bishop above Evaristo will remove him as priest for this outrage.
Agustín and Elena had finally got rid of Josefina, and could love each other without problem. Then, he had a vision of the future involving Elena, and he abandoned her to indulge in self-pity. And if she tries to say that she was kidnapped and tortured, they will laugh at her for Crying Wolf. She does not have any money or properties. She can't even go to the police station and ask for protection: they will protect her and try to capture Ulises, of course, but then they will jail her, for her own crimes.
