When it's nighttime and they don't have blankets, Kaeloo starts to feel cold and has to snuggle with Mr. Cat for warmth while everyone else was perfectly fine. Frogs are cold-blooded, so she was probably affected more by the change in temperature than her warm-blooded friends. In addition, the others have fur/feathers while Kaeloo, being a frog, doesn't have any outer coverings.
In Episode 106, Kaeloo refuses to allow Mr. Cat to sleep in her bed, though in this episode, she has no objection to sleeping next to him and even snuggling up when she’s half-asleep. In Episode 142, we see Kaeloo transform in her sleep. In Episode 106, she was probably worried that she might transform in her sleep with him next to her, while in this episode, she was too tired to think straight.
