Despite contracting the infection from Ginger, Brigitte's transformation occurs very differently: her hair doesn't turn white, her teeth don't change their shape, but instead are pushed out by wolf teeth, her ears become pointed... past Ginger's transformation in the third movie more closely resembles what Ginger went through in the first movie, so why does Brigitte's transformation progress so differently? Guess the regular monkshood injections not only delay the transformation, but also mess it up once it inevitably occurs.
Ginger's appearance changes throughout the movie. By the end, she is in a dark hoodie, looking pale and with bags under her eyes. The reason for this, if you interpret her apparition as a hallucination of Brigitte, is that she represents Brigitte's hold on her humanity and how it deteriorates as her disease progresses (as much as she fights for control more than Ginger ever did).

We know Werewolves in this setting are uncontrollable and extremely hostile to anything that isn't their own kind, Ghost will be mauled to death the second she tries to use Bridgette against anyone.
