• If you have the Sunset Invasion DLC, Aztecs may invade. While at first, this seems to make no sense, the Aztecs invade from the West. In the books, the Sunset Sea (the ocean west of Westeros) is so big that nobody has ever successfully crossed it and therefore nobody knows what is on the other side. The invasion is even called the Sunset Invasion, which in this universe would mean "the Invasion from across the Sunset Sea".
  • And they have dragons. The Aztecs often used fire and fire motifs in their art and religion. And what better symbol for fire than fire-breathing dragons?
