• Catherine's final 'rational' explanation of everything having been Glass' plan all along doesn't hold much water: it would certainly be in Glass' best interest to just let Catherine take the fall. Hell, judging by Washburn's attitude, he would have been happy to frame her even if he'd personally witnessed Glass killing everybody. But Glass decided to shoot Washburn instead. Probably he really did go crazy after all...
