Tridev (Three Gods) is a 1989 Hindi language Bollywood action thriller, starring Naseeruddin Shah, Sunny Deol, Jackie Shroff, Madhuri Dixit, Sonam, Sangeeta Bijlani and Amrish Puri.
Deol stars as Karan Saxena, a Mumbai police inspector pursuing a gang of weapon smugglers lead by Puri's character. The police commissioner’s daughter (played by Dixit) has the hots for him. The inspector captures a top lieutenant Rathaud, at which point, the gang kidnaps the commissioner’s daughter. Her brother Ravi Mathur (played by Shroff) rescues Rathaud from prison so that the gang frees his sister, then infiltrates the gang. While doing so, he falls for a dancer (played by Bijlani) and resolves to help her escape the gang’s clutches.
Meanwhile, Karan is reassigned to a backwater village, where he tangles with local troublemaker Jaysingh (played by Shah). Ultimately, Karan, Ravi and Jaysingh join forces to take down the gang once and for all.
