Seven Murders for Scotland Yard (Spanish:Jack el destripador de Londres / Jack the Ripper of London) is a 1971 Italian-Spanish Giallo film directed by José Luis Madrid and starring Paul Naschy, Patricia Loran and Renzo Marignano.

Several murders have taken place in London. All the victims are prostitutes and the murderer is using the same techniques as Jack the Ripper. Pedro Dorian, an ex-acrobat and husband of one of the victims is the prime suspect. But whoever the killer is has cannibalistic tendencies and if Scotland Yard doesn’t solve the murders quickly the evidence just might be eaten!

  • Career-Ending Injury: Pedro's career as an acrobat came to an end when he injured his knee in a fall of the net.
  • Creepy Souvenir: The murderer is keeping bottled pieces of his victims in his lair.
  • Curtain Camouflage: Winston hides behind the curtain in Lulu's flat when Barbara comes in to get some milk for her cat. however, Barbara sees his shoes peeking out under the curtains and recognizes them as the same ones she saw the night of the first murder.
  • Disposable Sex Worker: Most of the murderer's victims are prostitutes. Not surprising, given the killer is imitating the crimes of Jack the Ripper.
  • Finger in the Mail: The murderer sends Inspector Campbell the head of one of his victims (minus her eyes) in the mail.
  • Freudian Excuse: The murderer is committing his crimes because he is impotent and the only way he can possess the women he murders is in death.
  • I'm a Humanitarian: It is implied that the murderer has cannibalistic tendencies. The cops mention how they hope he doesn't eat all the evidence but then it's never shown or brought up again apart from the jarred body part collection back at his lair.
  • Jack the Ripoff: The murderer is using the same techniques as Jack the Ripper.
  • The Loins Sleep Tonight: Belinda is on the verge of divorcing Winston because of his impotence.
  • Mook Chivalry: Three thugs confront Pedro, intending to beat him up and turn him over to the police because they believe he is Jack the Ripper. However, instead of jumping him all at once, they tackle him one at a time; with the others standing by and watching Pedro murder their mates without intervening.
  • Murderer P.O.V.: The Teaser is shot through the eyes of the murderer as he walks the streets of London, meets a Disposable Sex Worker, accompanies her to her flat, and butchers her.
  • Newspaper-Thin Disguise: Pedro hides behind a newspaper while lurking outside the police station, and while observing Campbell at the railway station.
