A 2000 Made-for-TV Movie American Action Drama directed by Jim Wynorski that has an ATF Agent (Dean Cain) going undercover to locate missiles containing anthrax.

The movie also stars Jennifer Beals, Frederic Forrest, Stacy Keach, John Beck, Brett Butler, Christopher Maleki, James C Victor, and Michael Cavanaugh.

Tropes for the film:

  • Chekhov's Skill: ATF agent Ethan Carter is able to read his partner's email as she's typing it without looking at the screen by simply watching her fingers. Later, when the Militia have hijacked a missile and loaded it with anthrax, he sees one of them type in the abort code (once again, without seeing the screen). Of course, when the time comes, and there are seconds left on the clock, he remembers the code and enters it.
  • It's for a Book: A radical racist group plans to launch a nuclear missile at a city where the President is going to be giving a speech. To this end, they send a few men to a nearby silo, watched over by an old soldier, to scout out the defenses. When questioned, they claim to be filming a movie about a military base and want to use realistic props.
  • One-Word Title: Militia.
  • Right-Wing Militia Fanatic: The movie features a fascist militia stealing anthrax missiles. Except their goal was the opposite of this trope. They want the government to declare martial law and kick out all foreign nationals.
  • Tagline: "Terrorism now comes in stars and stripes".
