- Synopsis: Jack Bauer is at McDonald's and has just 24 minutes to eat his lunch. But... "The fries are greasy. My pie is way too hot. And the people who work here may be involved with both. This is going to be the longest lunch of my life."
- Comments: This fanfic was written sometime not long after either the first or second season, but has since disappeared from the Internet. I have posted it to my personal webspace in an attempt to restore it. I don't know the exact date when it was posted, but the name of the author is still attached to it. Trust me, it's highly entertaining. It's also quite short, so there's only a couple of minutes time investment involved, max, if you don't like it. (Note: Restored with working link on another site)
Season Two: The Musical

- Synopsis: Fan-made musical adaptation based on key events from the second season of 24. Includes a music video of "Bring It On," based on Kim Bauer's plotline with emphasis on the infamous "trapped in the woods with a cougar" incident.
- Comments: Obviously 24 would never do a musical, but if you've ever wondered (or haven't) what one might be like, here it is. An entertaining fan production merging actual music from the series with original lyrics commemorating the program's second season.

- Synopsis: Oneshot. Kim's thought after Day 8.
- Comments: This is one of those "I wish it was in the finale" scene. Well-written. Kim was able to be sympathetic and showed her complicated relationship with Jack as well as how much of a Bauer she truly is. Other AU fics worth check out.

- Synopsis: Post-Season 7, Jack and Renee try to define what's happening between them.
- Comments: This fanfic is beyond brilliant. They're perfectly in character, and the emotional (and sexual) tension between them is palpable. Easily the best Jack/Renee fic this troper has ever read. Smut warning, but damn me if it isn't wonderful smut...
