An excellent writer of competition fics with original contestants, starting with Total Drama: Boney Island. The character development not present in TDI is heavily featured, with very memorable characters, events, and couples. However, they do consistently get Darker and Edgier, and is especially apparent in Total Drama Tropics. There also is the Noah/Lindsay one-shot "Blonde Date", which has what this troper and author thinks is the funniest last line ever.
- Sprinklemist's fanfics were deleted in late 2013, at the author's request, from the wiki they originally appeared on, although he has since re-uploaded them onto his own wiki and started writing new ones.

A fantastic Gidgette writer who has also written several other pairings.
- Seconding this writer. I particularly recommend Predator and Prey and its sequel Keeping it Together, which is a Darker and Edgier explanation for why Bridgette fell for Alejandro in World Tour (trigger warning: involves rape) and how it affects Bridgette and Geoff's relationship (it starts badly but gets better), as well as how being on the Aftermaths goes for them afterwards. The fic now has a tropes page too! Also worth checking out are Stockholm Syndrome and A Christmas Wish. If you're a fan of Bridgette and/or her relationship with Geoff, this author is just for you.

Although only a beginner fanfic author and a newcomer to the fanbase, his work has already proven quite impressive for someone of that status. There is some very fun and inventive writing, the characters are kept in check, and the well-done humor and drama is solidly done. Although their spelling and grammar aren't exactly the greatest, the stories are still readable and thoroughly enjoyable.

This guy writes well-written one-shots about minor characters who don't get much attention in the fandom, such as Leonard, Staci, (both human and feral) Ezekiel and Beardo. They also happen to be part of a big ongoing story, with minor details and references to each short beforehand scattered throughout.
- Seconded. She (yes, she) has some of the most in-depth and well-crafted fanfics in the fandom, though as of writing she's currently on hiatus from writing TD fanfics to work on other fandoms. Her main focus is canon-compliant works, but doesn't allow it to limit her ideas or her worldbuilding. She has a dA and TD-centric blog if you want to see the full extent. Though, warning: a lot of her stories deal with darker subject matter than the show, which includes child abuse, unhealthy relationships, and rape for one story, though only discussed. Expect Tear Jerkers, mainly for stories like "Six Shades of Gray." (especially if you're a fan of Mike or any of his alters, and extra so if you're a fan of Zoke.)

General Fics

Stories focused on the family and the friendly relationships of the cast. Plot-focused stories or light day-in-the-life stories. Pretty much anything that isn't focused on romance.
