These are recommendations made by tropers for My Hero Academia fanfics, all of which have to be signed to stay on the page. After a few samples, you will be able to note the interests of the tropers recommending them, and judge whether you might be also interested in a certain 'fic.

He also sees spirits, which might be cool if not for the fact that a) no one else does, b) they really don't like him very much, and c) he's pretty sure the heroes now think he's a villain working for the League. Aizawa Shota just wants to take down Overhaul, rescue Eri, keep his students alive, get some rest, and find out how this Deku kid knows things he absolutely should not know about his personal life and the Shie Hassaikai case. Unless Nighteye's right, and the kid really is a villain.

    Izuku Midoriya goes home and decides that, even if he can't be hero himself, he can still help them with his analysis. Cue Izuku catching the attention of multiple heroes who are a little more open-minded and willing to see the potential in a quirkless kid.

    But truthfully, the "weird" part is the only part that's accurate. He's determined not to be a weakling, and in spite of what it says on paper, he's not actually quirkless. Even before meeting All-Might and taking on the power of One For All, Izuku isn't quirkless.
    Not that anyone would believe it if he told them.

Except for this time, the boy doesn't immediately head off, instead gesturing for him to follow.
      "Come on, let's go to the park. Something about secondary locations. This boy doesn’t feel like a stranger, but how would Izuku know? They don't even know each other's names-
      "I don't know your name!" He says it with all the outrage it deserves. They've known each other for weeks, how rude must Izuku have looked to never introduce himself!
      The other boy looks conflicted, and for one frightening moment Izuku worries perhaps the boy is big, bad, and scary before he shrugs his shoulders and half-smiles.

    • Tea in a bar: When they had warped the green-haired hero student to the bar, they were ready for a fight or to at least have to knock him out. They remembered how he had fought during the sports festival and it wasn't a secret that he had managed to take down Stain who 'approved' of him.
      They were ready for him to come at them quickly, with green lightning surrounding him and pressure in the air. They were not ready for the tired blank face as he looked at them and simply said, "Oh" while carrying a grocery bag.
      "Hey Shigaraki. Kurogiri," Midoriya said bluntly with tired eyes, "How you guys been?"
      tldr; the LOV kidnapped Izuku while he was in the middle of getting dinner and much to their surprise Izuku is just tired and would rather simply enjoy some of Kurogiri's tea (Complete)
    • Coffee on a roof: Shouta had just told Hizashi about the contents of the packed duffle back Toga had given them for Izuku. It included clothes, gloves, a sketchbook, and apparently multiple knives that Toga warned to not accidentally cut themselves on when going through the materials.
      "That's nice of them. From what you said and how he looks it seems like they took care of him." Hizashi looked back at Izuku sleeping on the couch and so did Shouta.
      The underground hero felt worried about how Izuku would be once he woke up and questions were asked (because there were a lot of questions). But most importantly about the kid's mental state that had seemed so troubled before he went missing.
      He looked back at Hizashi. "Yeah and now it's time for us to take care of him too."
      tldr; Izuku is now back at UA after spending time 'missing' with the LOV, but with his return, there are unanswered questions and a boy who still needs more healing. (Ongoing)

What were once bright, lively eyes full of energy were now alight with something deceptive and sinister and wrong, hiding among familiar ruby red like a snake in the grass. The sight of that angular face, not darkened by its usual frown but smoothed out by eerie, unnatural, uncharacteristic calmness set the hair at the back of his neck on end.
    Kacchan then smiles. It's a soft grin, as pliant and serene as the look in his eyes. It's the smile of someone who has all the time in the world. Someone who could do anything they wanted and they were confident that the world would bend to their will.
    It's at that moment that Izuku understands that the person behind those eyes wasn't Kacchan at all.
