These are recommendations made by tropers for Lucifer fanfics, all of which have to be signed to stay on the page. After a few samples, you will be able to note the interests of the tropers recommending them, and judge whether you might be also interested in a certain 'fic.
Feel free to add a fanfic of your own to the list, but remember to use the template found here. Do warn when a fanfic may head into sexual or non-canon territory. Some people just don't like it, and as we all know, Shipping is Serious Business.

- Synopsis: Lucifer believes he's a monster. Trixie has another opinion. Or: How Trixie (and everyone else) found out that Lucifer is the Devil.
- Comments: An adorable fic which begins with the surprisingly rare premise of Trixie discovering Lucifer's identity, which is then followed by Chloe, Dan and Ella finding out. More of a series of oneshots than an actual story, but worth it. And while there are hints in the earlier chapters, it only becomes full on Deckerstar in the final chapter.

While they struggle with their feelings, a threat lurks in the shadows determined to bring the Devil to his knees.

- Comments: A story with a simple premise, but packs a punch. Well-written with a lot of emotionally depth, and Lucifer is especially on point.
- This was written before season 2 was released, so can be seen as an AU. There's also slow updates, but it's totally worth it.

- Comments: Pretty much exactly what it says on the tin. Chloe and Lucifer have to pretend to get married in order to solve a case, and it leads to a lot of complications. In-character and well-written.
The Devil's Trap series by ElenaCee

- Synopsis: Chloe finds out about Lucifer, and they end up together; it was, after all, the will of God. Now that the Devil and the cop are a team in mutual possession of all the facts, what will change and what won't?
- Comments: A series of stories written to prove that Lucifer and Chloe as a couple would still be interesting (i.e. not get boring or kill the show), and boy do they deliver. There's enough angst/hurt/comfort to keep things going, but it's mostly fluff.

- Comments: Does the remarkable job of making Lucifer Trixie's father rather than Dan without significantly changing the characters we know (beyond Lucifer and Linda meeting a year early 'off-screen' for the justifiable reason that S1 Lucifer would never have been ready to be a father). The subsequent storyline mixes humor and heartwarming as Lucifer, Chloe, Dan and Trixie find their way to becoming a family, particularly when Trixie starts showing sign of her father's divine heritage...

The Devil Loves to Knit by Antarctic_Echoes

- Synopsis: Lucifer tries his hand at knitting.
- Comments: Fits more into Humor than Shipping, even if it does focus somewhat on Deckerstar, because the enjoyment of this series comes from how hard it can make you laugh. Not only is Lucifer knitting, but he also ends up adopting a penguin (and later a sea otter) which pairs off with a cat, and Lucifer buys a house for them. Yep, it's that kind of story, but it's so enjoyable that you don't even care about the silliness. And it never goes too far; you can still imagine it happening. Overall, an enjoyable fic that's guaranteed to bring a smile to your face.
