Kuroko no Basuke Kink Meme

Cywscross

  • Recommended by: Wolfshaman 84
    • This author has my favorite Kurobasu fabrics. Her fanfic got me into fandom. She has a "When shadows meet series": where Kuroko and Takao are friends. "A single step a thousand miles": a series of drabble set through out series. "When opposites attract": a really well written Hanamiya/Kuroko story. If you are a Kurobasu fan you really check out her fanfics.

General Fics

Stories focused on the family and the friendly relationships of the cast. Plot-focused stories or light day-in-the-life stories. Pretty much anything that isn't focused on romance.

  • Tags: TA+, M/M, AU, Murder Mystery
  • Comments:
    • Very rarely do you come across a piece of literature where emotions are captured so perfectly and purely. There are many people who say fanfiction is the trash of the Internet, that they are all badly written ramblings of untalented fans. We say "go to hell". This piece is truly a diamond in the rough.

Invincible'' by madaliz

  • Recommended by: Coin Collector
  • Status: Complete
  • Summary: Touou!Kagami AU. Eight years later, the moment they met would be widely regarded as the beginning of a legend. This is the story of today, and how they get there.
  • * Pairing(s): M/M Aomine/Kagami
  • Tags: Slow Burn, Initial Antagonism
  • Comments: Wherein Kagami enrolls at Touou instead of Seirin upon returning to Japan, and promptly finds himself saddled with dealing with Aomine Daiki in all his glory. Has several sequels which flesh out their life as adults, and while they're all unfinished what's there is a pretty good coda to the main fic.

One Final Game: A Romantic Tale in 3 Parts by the_mythologist

  • Recommended by Pitac 89
  • Status: Complete
  • Summary: "It was, Akashi supposed, his fault. Partially. Probably. After all, if he hadn’t broken his arm in a fall during his bi-weekly horseback riding sessions, Rakuzan would have undoubtedly been the champions for his third and final year there. Were that the case, none of his friends would have descended into insanity, acted inappropriately, and made uninformed decisions in order to dwell there permanently. As it was, it happened quite differently."
  • Pairing(s): M/M M/F Kagami/Kuroko, Midorima/Takao, Murasakibara/Himuro, Aomine/Momoi

Love as a Remembered Language by bmouse

  • Status: Complete
  • Summary: "Look, the first time Taiga ran into that Kuroko guy he thought he was a ghost. Or a mermaid. Or a ghost mermaid. Turns out he's just a slightly creepy looking transfer student with emotional baggage. That Taiga can't stay away from, for some reason. But how is he supposed to help Kuroko adjust to life in LA if his English is so basic it's not even funny, and Taiga can barely remember how to speak Japanese?"
  • Tags: Fluff, Slow Burn
  • Pairing(s): Kagami/Kuroko
  • Comments: AU where Kuroko moves to America after Teikou and assimilates into American High School system. On the way, he discovers Romance. Great writing with LA culture references.

Bird on a Wire' by Lys Ap Adin

  • Recommended by: Blaidd Dunn
  • Status: Complete
  • Pairing: Slow burn Aomine/Kuroko, Kuroko/Taiga, and pre Aomine/Kuroko/Taiga
  • Summary: Aomine's very bad day, and what happened after. Or, it takes a village to raise Aomine.
"What the fuck," Daiki said, blank with shock, and so the first thing Tetsu said to him after five years was "I'm sorry, but please don't use language like that on school grounds."
  • Comments: A no basketball AU where Aomine and Kuroko where highschool sweethearts before Aomine messed it all up. Now as adults, Aomine struggles to reconnect and move past his inner demons to be happy for his ex and forget his old feelings. A sometimes funny, sometimes sad story about Aomine, Kuroko and the things you can't bring yourself to leave behind. It's beautiflly characterised and paced, and Lys Ap Adin's version of adult Aomine makes my heart hurt.

Let Them Talk by Lia-Osaka92

  • Recommended by goingmerry27

Hidden Beauty by WinterAssassin

  • Recommended: Sophiebybbophie

The Story of the Flowerby afairdofthedark

  • Recommended by: jeya_013
  • Status: Ongoing
  • Synopsis: Anyone with a decent amount of common sense knew to leave the infamous Generation of Miracles alone. Sad to say, Hana did not get the memo. Go M, Teiko Days and beyond.
  • Pairing(s): Generation of Miracles/OC
  • Tags: Humor, Romance
  • Comments:
    • I've read a lot of Reverse Harem or GOM/OC fics and rarely do I fall in love with one. I can safely say that this tops my favorite GOM/OC fic. Why? I love the OC, Hana. Her character is so hilarious that I don't find her boring and her, being able to mesh well with the other characters doesn't help me in the shipping mess that I'm in. True that she has a lot of flaws but she's not mary sue and that adds cookie points on her favor haha.

    Crossovers

Rainbow Generation by Spritley

  • Recommended by: MidnightStarHunter
  • Status: Dormant; last updated September 2019
  • Crossover with: Haikyuu!!
  • Synopsis: Taken from Summary: At the end of elementary school, Hinata Shouyou moves to the bustling city of Tokyo to start a new life. Say hello to the Generation of Miracle's little ball of sunshine.
  • Pairing(s): Gen, but Hinata worms his way into everybody's hearts, as he usually does.
  • Tags: Friendship
  • Comment(s): The usual "Hinata was part of the Miragen in middle school" premise, except for once the writer doesn't skip or gloss over Hinata's Teiko days! It's very refreshing to see Hinata mostly in character and the Miragen as allies for once. I love how it focuses on Hinata forming friendships with every member of the Generation of Miracles, Momoi included. No Kuroko yet, as he, unfortunately, hasn't even started practicing with Aomine by the time the most recent chapter was published and has yet to get a single conversation. But other than him, EVERYONE gets lots of scenes in which the focus is on what that character is doing and what conversations they're having, and these vary greatly due to their different personalities and ways of thinking.

The American Football Which Kuroko Plays by umisabaku

  • Recommended by: Sophiebybophie

  • Pairing(s): M/M Kagami Taiga/Kuroko Tetsuya, Kobayakawa Sena/Shin Seijuurou
  • Tags: Drama, Friendship, Romance
  • Comment(s): LOVE this writer! You don't have to read Eyeshield to enjoy the fanfic!

The Volleyball and Basketball Ultimate Training Camp by The May Waters

  • Recommended by: kirakirasunshine
  • Status: Dormant; last updated June 2018
  • Crossover with: Haikyuu!!
  • Synopsis: Taken from Summary: Due to Seirin's lack of sport's teams as a new school, they've decided to team up and train with a Volleyball team from a school with a less-than-satisfactory basketball team. Thanks to Coach Aida and Takeda-sensei, things are about to get a lot more interesting between the boys of Karasuno and Seirin. Takes place after the Winter Cup but before Last Game for KnB and before Nationals for Haikyuu.
  • Pairing(s): M/M Kagami Taiga/Kuroko Tetsuya, Tobio Kageyama/Shoyo Hinata, Daichi Sawamura/Koushi Sugawara, Asahi Azumane/Yu Nishinoya, Hyuuga Junpei/Kiyoshi Teppei, Akashi Seijuro/Murasakibara Atsushi, Aomine Daiki/Kise Ryouta, Midorima Shintaro/Kazunari Takao
  • Tags: Romance, Friendship, Humor
  • Comment(s): Watching the interactions between Karasuno, Nekoma, Seirin, and the GOM are pure gold. Knowledge of both series is recommended to understand the characters and some of the events mentioned, but is not required.
