Harley Quinn's friends discover that she's in a special class called "Super Villain Prevention 101". They've never heard of it, which turns out to be because only certain students are in it. Namely, students who are in danger of becoming super villains some day. Harley's friends think it's absurd that she could end up a super villain, until they find out about her past relationship with the Joker. Suddenly everyone turns on Harley.

- Alcoholic Parent: Harley Quinn's father is a neglectful alcoholic. He often couldn't afford his psychiatric medicine, so he turned to alcohol to self-medicate.

- Mythology Gag: The students in Super Villain Prevention 101, such as Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn, are villains in comic canon.
- No Medication for Me: Harley Quinn's father is often off of his psychiatric medication, however it has to do with money rather than choice. As a result, he turns to alcohol, which only worsens his mental health and causes him to become abusive towards his wife.
- Parental Abandonment: The Joker tells Harley that he's killed her parents in a fire. It's unclear if he's lying or not.
- Slash Fic: The main pairing is Diana/Harley, with Barbara/Kara as a Beta Couple. Diana realizes her feelings for Harley partway through.
- Subject 101: Heroes-in-training who have the potential of becoming villains, or are former villains, have Super Villain Prevention 101 as a class.
- Super Supremacist: Downplayed with Cheetah. She calls Harley a "glorified cheerleader" and a "non-super" because she's a Badass Normal without powers.
