- Alternate Universe Fic: A What If? with the change that Robustus locks the seat belts of his friend Max, preventing him from helping the heroes.
- And I Must Scream: A horrible fate is planned for Marinette, Markov, and Alya by Emilie Agreste.
- Be Careful What You Wish For: The wish of Robustus to become a real boy costs Max his humanity, and he becomes the robot.
- Bittersweet Ending: Hawk Moth and Emilie both get theirs and Markov's ill-thought-out wish is undone, but Adrien is now an orphan and Master Fu is dead.
- Brainwashed and Crazy: Adrien is turned into Emilie's thrall, Marinette is akumatized, and akuma Marinette brainwashes Alya and Markov.
- Hoist by His Own Petard: Hawk Moth gets turned into chunky salsa by his own malfunctioning security system, which was hacked by the robot he corrupted.
- Holding Out for a Hero: Ladybug finds herself publicly protested when she can't fix the city after getting her Miraculous spoiled by a wish. Nobody is willing to fix things by hand since her power is supposed to fix everything.
- Impaled with Extreme Prejudice: Emilie's fate.
- Near-Villain Victory: Emilie has Adrien brainwashed, Marinette depowered and akumatized, and Alya and Markov under Marinette's thrall. Cue Max, who knocks off her Miraculous and ends up impaling her on a stake.
- Our Vampires Are Different: In this case, vampirism results from a curse after using a Miraculous selfishly. Emilie Agreste wants to transfer the curse from herself to Marinette.
- The Power of Love: To restore the Miraculous, Marinette and Adrien must make a solemn vow to love each other faithfully and marry when they are of age, which comes with a bad-luck curse if they break it. Bad luck can also befall anyone who tries to break them apart.
