  • Brick Joke: A cross-story example. The Vibranium rock Corvus and Proxima bring to Earth shows up in Chapter 6 of Captain Marvel: Phalanx... Where it is thrown at Corvus by Adam and Mantis.
  • Leaning on the Fourth Wall: Corvus briefly mentions how he's glad Quentin Beck is a hero from another reality rather than another dimension jumping villain. Someone should probably tell him that the Avengers got lucky as far as Mysterios go.
