Let's Be Smashers is a series of fanfics written by Latias 425, crossing over the Super Smash Bros. video game series with the cartoon series OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes.
The first story in the series, Let's (Not) Be Smashers, begins with Master Hand, after going on a rant on how the Smash fans keep on making stupid character requests, sends a blank Smash invitation to a random world, and said invitation ends up in Lakewood Plaza Turbo, and K.O. is the one who finds it, and soon comes to the Smash Mansion and makes new friends and enemies with the Smashers. It only gets crazier from there as when Master Hand finds out that has joined Smash, he tries to do something about it by forming an ensemble to try to get him out of the tournament, but K.O. forms a club of his own called the Let's Be Smashers along with his mom, his friends from Lakewood Plaza,and a few Assist Trophies who also wish to be Smashers. But not long after the group is formed, they begin to face much bigger threats.
Let's Be Smashers contain examples of:
- Affectionate Parody: The series is meant to be a parody of The Hot Topic Krew and many other Smash club fics.
- Ascended Fanboy: Crazy Hand is apparently a huge fan of K.O.'s show and squeals like a little girl every time he sees someone or something from it.
- Big Bad Ensemble: Master Hand's Ensemble, which consists of Bowser, Ganondorf, Mewtwo, and Ridley.
