The Aveyond 3 Abridged Series
: Orbs of Civil Partnership by Kirroha is an ongoing parody of the PC game Aveyond 3. The story follows wannabe lawyer Meliyariousnessa "Mel" Pinkthrop, the psychopathic Prince Edward, Cute and Psycho Stella and their search for the legendary Orb of Divorce in an attempt to stop Gyendal from marrying Edward using the Orb of Marriage.
This abridged series contains examples of:
- Cute and Psycho: Stella, like her canon counterpart, is frequently seen with a sweet smile on her face. Unlike her canon counterpart, she is frequently seen splattered with a blood while sporting a sweet smile on her face.
- Lighter and Softer: The canon Darkthrops are a lineage descended from the evil sorcerer Mordred Darkthrop. In the abridged version, he becomes Mordred Pinkthrop, lover of all things fluffy... which however, led to:
- Darker and Edgier: ... the birth of his creepy descendant, Mel Pinkthrop, who is a complete sociopath, played for Black Comedy.
- Shipper on Deck: Mordred Pinkthrop for Edward x Mel. In fact, the reason why he created the Orbs of Marriage and Divorce was because he was unhappy with how Edward x Stella turned out canon. Nox, on the other hand, ships Lars VIII x Mel.
- Shout-Out: Several.
- To Death Note - when Tad kills his dog, he immediately sports a
JUST AS PLANNED face. - To Harry Potter - When Rita asks Mel for some juicy gossip, Mel offers her some Draco x Harry fanfiction.

- Sociopathic Hero: Mel, Edward and Stella are these. Mel decapitates three innocents to make a pizza and shoots two friendly vampires who are merely trying to invite her for dinner while proclaiming herself a hero. Edward chops off his butlers' heads on a regular basis. Stella bulldozes wild animals, is apparently freaky enough to frighten Nox, and is a psycho healer who has a 50% chance of killing her target instead of healing them.
- Suspiciously Specific Denial:Stella: I followed you for no reason. It's not as if I wanted to stalk you to your house, eat all your food and steal your underwear or something.
