- Adaptational Badass: Due to becoming Robin in the Pre-Quirk Era, Izuku is more than capable of defending himself without superpowers. Case in point, during the USJ attack, he broke Shigaraki's nose and held his own while figthing Nomu for a while.
- Adaptational Intelligence: While Canon!Izuku isn't a idiot, this version of Midoriya received such levels of education during his tenure as Robin in the Pre-Quirk Era that he is an accomplished hacker and a Gadgeteer Genius on his own right.
- Adaptation Personality Change: Due to his time as the Original Robin, Midoriya is more outgoing than in canon, having a personality and sense of humour similar to Dick Grayson...
- Composite Character: Since Richard Grayson doesn't seem to exist in this fic, Midoriya took his name, mannerisms, and his skills and place as the first Boy Wonder, as well as his relationships with other characters from the DC Universe.
- Happily Adopted: Due to Time Travel, Izuku was adopted twice. First by the Graysons, and then by Bruce Wayne after their deaths. And he loved and still misses all of his adoptive parents.
- Time Travel: What started the plot in the first place. Midoriya was sent centuries in the past, becoming Dick Grayson and Robin during his stay, until the effects of the Quirk wore off and Midoriya was returned to the present.
