Fanfic / Total Command

Go To

When Quirks appeared, humanity dealt with the greatest power shift it had seen in millennia. The sudden change gave women powers never seen before, but men were left behind. As society changed, villains began to use their powers for cruel and selfish means. However, brave women rose to face the challenge, using their powers for the good of the people. It was an age of heroes. Now 200 years later, the rest of humanity began to catch up... and it all started with a man gifted with Total Command over every function of his body.

    Total Command
  • Abhorrent Admirer:
    • The one girl in Class 1-A Izuku dislikes is Minerva, who is as perverted as her canon counterpart, only aimed exclusively at him. She gets better later on.
    • Similarly, Endeavor elicits this reaction from him due to her overwhelming arrogance and entitlement.
  • Abusive Parents: Endeavor. After the Sports Festival tournament, Recovery Girl strikes the ground with her cane in frustration over Izuku's foolhardiness, Shoko wakes up instantly ready for a fight, claiming it as 'reflexes'. Izuku really doesn't want to think about how those reflexes came to be.
  • Adaptational Context Change: By all indications, when Izuku tripped over something right before the U.A. Entrance Exam, it was just an accident. Here, it's strongly implied Nezumi engineered that incident.
  • Adaptational Jerkass: Endeavor comes off as being a lot worse than her canon, male counterpart. For example, canon!Endeavor was shown to have some level of affection for his wife Rei and feels proud of Shoto for how well he's doing, while TC!Endeavor only kept Rei close as the means to fulfill her "quest" to have the hero that will displace All Might, bribes a hospital director to keep Rei interned even though the doctors have given her a clean bill of health and drops Shoko like a hot potato when the chance to have a more powerful child comes up. What's more, she never refers to Rei by name, instead calling her "the incubator".
  • Adaptational Superpower Change:
  • Age Lift:
    • Classes 1-A and 1-B were 15 years old in canon, but here they are all hitting 18, with the older students (including The Big Three) being four years older as well. Meanwhile, Midnight's age is dropped from 31 to 26.
    • By Word of God Eraserhead, Present Mic and the Wild Wild Pussycats are also aged down.
  • All Women Are Lustful: With a few exceptions, damn near all the women in the world are lusting after Izuku after the reveal he has a quirk.
  • Ambiguously Bi: Minerva really admires Midoriya's hot bod, but she is also somewhat surprised to realize she's also appreciating some of the other girls as well.
  • Anger Born of Worry: Most of Katsumi's anger in her early interactions with Izuku can be attributed to this, as she's worried he'll get himself killed being a hero.
  • Anti-Role Model: Shoko holds Endeavor as this. Basically, whenever she encounters the possibility of following one of Endeavor's "teachings" (don't accept help from others, don't make friends...), she'll do the opposite.
  • Aren't You Going to Ravish Me?: Katsumi is rather offended when the "hard" favor Izuku asks her to do to make up for the years of bullying is forgive herself.
Katsumi: What, am I not good enough for you?!
  • Ascended Extra: Hatsume Mei goes from a basic side character in canon to Izuku's first real friend and his first girlfriend.
  • Ascended Meme: In chapter 70, Nana drops the "Tease the bunny" meme in reference to Miruko.
  • Autobots, Rock Out!: During the paintball fight, when Izuku jumps in the battle after spending several minutes observing, Snipe switches in "Holding Out for a Hero".
  • Baby Factory: Rei Todoroki was essentially forced to be this by Endeavor in her "quest" to find the girl that will push All Might from the #1 Hero spot - and Endeavor plans to use her again for this, should she somehow manage to get a child from Izuku.
  • Badass Boast: UA's motto becomes this for Class 1-A during the fight at USJ, as they proceed to fight back against the gathered villains.
  • Break His Heart to Save Him: Katsumi's motivation in bullying Izuku was to make him give up on becoming a hero, since she was afraid he would die since he did not have a Quirk (as far as she could tell) and she'd rather him be alive and unhappy than dead.
  • Brick Joke: When Izuku and All Might meet Recovery Girl to speak of the effects using One For All had in Izuku, Recovery Girl mentions that Izuku's bones are now hard enough that it would probably take a steamroller to break them, telling Izuku that it was not a challenge. After the USJ Battle, which ends with Izuku getting his left arm broken, Recovery Girl reminds Izuku he was not being challenged to break his arm, and Izuku replies that the Anti-All Might Noumu hit a lot harder than a steamroller.
  • Bridal Carry: Izuku carried Shoko and Miruko on separate occasions in a bridal carry, and in Shoko's case, it was on international television.
  • The Cavalry Arrives Late: All Might arrives to USJ just in time to see all the villains (save for Shigaraki and Kurogiri) captured by the students.
  • Chekhov's Skill:
    • Izuku learning robotics and engineering from Mei, which allows him to tear through the robots in the entrance exam and sports festival.
    • Izuku being able to control his metabolism and produce heat, which allows him later to melt enough of Shoko's glacier for him to break it.
  • The Chessmaster: Nozomi, at least in regard to Izuku's love life. It becomes clear after Izuku meets Ochako that she is trying to have him interact with as many women as possible, probably to bring about a generation of new powerful heroes. Or she's just bored and enjoys Izuku's reactions. Or both. Later, she lures Miruko to be at Gran Torino's building by arranging for her office to be fumigated and giving her info about strong villains, all to have her meet Izuku again as well as to entice her to possibly take on other student interns.
  • Chick Magnet: Izuku. His Quirk allows him to essentially become the epitome of manliness, which already attracts several women, especially his 1-A classmates. When he unveils One For All during his match against Shoko at the Sports Festival, however, is when things go Beyond the Impossible — in mere moments, he becomes the de facto most attractive man on the planet, with nearly every woman in the world wanting to jump his bones. As one reader notes, the majority of Izuku's ridiculously high amount of internship offers are thinly-veiled booty calls.
  • Crazy Enough to Work: Due to Izuku's penchant for coming up with an Outside-the-Box Tactic for anything, the rest of Class 1-A begins to follow - sometimes even thinking that it is something out of Izuku's toolbox.
  • Cruel to Be Kind: Izuku forces Shoko to use her left side during their fight, pointing out that holding back just for the sake of spite will end up causing her problems if she finds something her ice cannot fight.
  • Curb-Stomp Battle:
    • The Noumu only needs one hit to destroy Izuku's left gauntlet and break his neck.
    • Then turned on the villains when Izuku comes Back from the Dead and rallies his classmates. The final result is 60 captured villains, a dead Noumu and only two escapees (Shigaraki and Kurogiri) with the only seriously injured heroes being Aizawa, Izuku and Thirteen.
  • Darwinist Desire: Endeavor. Her obsession with power means she lusts after Izuku and desires to have his child, even if only through sperm donation. Her offer of an internship is explicitly so she can try to seduce him, and cuts to her perspective all consist of her fuming about how he rejected her internship and trying to find him and assuring herself he would want her sexually. She also begins to outright disregard Shoko as a successor, as she wants a new one fathered by the only Quirked man in the world.
  • Death Glare:
    • Minerva tends to get the bad end of this from the girls whenever she says something lewd about Izuku, usually followed by a Dope Slap. Should she do it about the girls, she will draw them from Izuku - and that's when she becomes terrified.
    • Between Total Command, One for All and his natural charisma, Izuku is capable to give out a terrifying glare that leaves his eyes shining a "radioactive green". This is best seen during the USJ Battle, after he comes Back from the Dead.
  • Determinator: Not even a broken neck can keep Deku down!
  • Did I Say That Out Loud: Izuku has a tendency to mutter aloud things he is thinking. This is how Class 1-A finds out that Izuku was hiding his brain damage. He mumbles it to himself after his match with Shinsou - in front of everybody in the stands.
  • Disability Superpower: The brain rewiring Total Command did to Deku after his partial brain death renders him immune to Shinsou's Mind Control Quirk - instead of his free will, he loses his inhibitions and the ability to calm down his rage at Shinsou over her disrespect of Momo's effort.
  • Disguised in Drag: In order to be able to leave U.A. for his internship with Gran Torino without being spotted by the journalists in front of the school, Izuku is forced to get disguised as a girl. It doesn't work too well, because he still stands out and, when the group is assaulted by a group of fans, he is identified - although fortunately Aizawa manages to get them out before it gets worse.
  • Distracted by the Sexy:
    • Izuku's reveal of his hero costume, a skin-tight wet suit with gauntlets, boots and a helmet, causes his whole class to turn and stare at him.
    • Katsumi experiences it earlier after Izuku starts to bulk up and fill out his school uniform. "Stupid sexy Deku".
    • Izuku's reveal of his Quirk causes this for almost an entire stadium of people, with nearly every woman becoming attracted to him, with at least one bluntly stating she wants to have sex with him.
    • On the other side of the spectrum, Kirishima getting her binder ripped, demonstrating she is the bustiest girl in Class 1-A distracts pretty much everyone - Izuku included.
  • Dramatic Gun Cock: During the USJ Battle, one villain takes Minerva hostage, so Momo creates a beanbag shotgun and knocks the villain down. Then she cocks the shotgun and asks if anyone else has any bright ideas. Five villains surrender on the spot.
  • Dramatic Irony: Ragdoll and Mandalay discuss about Inko Midoriya in an early cameo. They both assume that Inko must essentially be a green-haired All Might in order to have mothered Izuku, unaware she is a cute, short pudgy woman of a delicate constitution.
  • Epic Fail: The second Heroes vs Villains fight ends quite abruptly when Aoyama fires her laser at Hagakure - who refracts it through her body and accidentally brings down the building.
  • Everyone Has Standards: Nana Shimura's ghost is a Loveable Sex Maniac that encourages Izuku to live vigorously with his admirers. She initially encourages him to take Endeavour's offer of sex until she is reminded of how the latter used her wife as a breeding slave and put her daughter trainer through training hell, ending that suggestion.
  • Evil Cannot Comprehend Good: Endeavor doesn't really get why Izuku isn't falling over himself to become hers, not realizing that he has been told everything about her by Shoko, and their every interaction has only cemented his opinion of her as an abusive, callous woman who lusts after glory. After he saves her from Stain, she concludes he's Playing Hard to Get.
  • Explain, Explain... Oh, Crap!: Played for Laughs during the paintball battle. When Katsumi and Eiko see Izuku observing during the battling, Katsumi says they are screwed. Eiko asks why, and Katsumi asks what is it that Izuku does best. Eiko begins to talk, and it is only when she replies "planning" that she realizes that Katsumi's analysis is correct.
  • For Want Of A Nail: So many, that we gave it its own page.
  • Gender Flip: Almost every major male character besides Izuku are female due to the rules of the world.
  • Gender-Restricted Ability: In this universe, only women manifest Quirks, the genetic cause of Quirks manifesting believed to be due to the existence of a secondary X-chromosome. The only exception to this so far is Izuku and All for One's brother, though the summary implies more men will manifest Quirks in the future.
  • The Generic Guy: Makaira Oijiro is so plain and forgettable that Momo describes her as being more invisible than Hakagure, who actually has an Invisibility power.
  • Heart Is an Awesome Power: One of the abilities that Izuku's Total Command gives him is total mastery of his body's hormonal processes. While it does not sound all that impressive, two days of unconscious use of it caused him to hit a growth spurt and experience muscular strengthening faster than supplements, steroids and training. It gives him a Healing Factor and reinforces his bones, making him more durable than most and allows him to continuously train without it causing muscular atrophy. By the time he receives One For All, his bones are strong enough to withstand a steamroller, he is able to use his inherited Super-Strength without destroying himself and he is even able to sense the internal workings of the 0-pointer just by touching it. He can also pick up skills like cooking or playing an instrument more efficiently, and manually place himself in a flow state.
  • Hoist by His Own Petard: Izuku and Katsumi trick Shigaraki into using her Decay Quirk on her allied Noumu's brain.
  • Homosexual Reproduction: Quirk Splicing is this universe's take on Quirk Marriages in which the eggs of two women are spliced together to result in a daughter with a powerful Quirk, but the end result causes health problems for the woman carrying the child. Shoko Todoroki and her three elder sisters were the result of such practice.
  • Hope Bringer: Izuku returning from death and hitting his classmates with the One for All lightning restores their hope and turns the tables around against the villains.
  • Hypocrite: Played with Aizawa, because, for all her complaints about the Entrance Exam being slanted against non-combat Quirks like hers, the first thing she does every year is to have the students go through a test that is clearly slanted against non-combat Quirks and threaten to expel whoever doesn't reach an acceptable minimum.
  • I Never Said It Was Poison: Played for Laughs when Aoyama asks Jiro why she hasn't confessed. Jiro replies (with a Luminescent Blush) that she doesn't have a crush on Izuku. Aoyama points out that she didn't even mention Izuku.
  • Incest Subtext: All Might says that All for One loved her older brother a little "too dearly".
  • In Love with Your Carnage: Miruko's reaction to Izuku performing feats of strength at the Sports Festival, particularly after he flexes off Shoko's glacier encasing him which causes her to go weak in the knees.
  • In Spite of a Nail:
    • Izuku still meets Ochako by tripping at the entrance exam.
    • Tiger is still transgender, albeit more hesitant to transition until he is reassured that a male can have a Quirk.
    • Minerva is still a pervert with a penchant for peeping or wanting to grope people from the opposite sex - only, this time Minerva's only target is Izuku.
  • Intimate Lotion Application: In chapter 29, Izuku runs into Mitsuki Bakugo sunbathing on the beach, and she doesn't miss the opportunity to tease him by asking him to put lotion on her back. Izuko points out that due to her quirk, she likely doesn't even need lotion to protect herself from the sun, and she admonishes him for bringing logic to her teasing.
  • Irony:
    • Ragdoll and Mandalay think that Izuku's birth mother is just like All Might. Inko is in fact a small, sweet housewife. Furthermore, the actual All Might is his mentor, a mother figure, and is now dating Inko, meaning she could become his step-mother.
    • Endeavor wants to have Izuku's child because she believes the child will be the one to surpass All Might - when Izuku is the current keeper of One for All, All Might's Quirk.
  • It's All About Me: Endeavor. Tellingly, when Izuku stops Stain from stabbing her in Hosu, Endeavor immediately interpretes it as him doing it only because it was her, and that his very obvious demonstrations of being uninterested or repulsed by her are just him Playing Hard to Get.
  • Jack of All Trades:
    • Total Command allows Izuku to become very quickly proficient at many skills, like cooking, mechanics and playing a musical instrument. This also applies to combat skills, he eventually just learns to dodge without consciously trying to.
    • This applies to his physical abilities without One for All as well: he's strong, but not as strong as somebody with a strength Quirk, he's fast, but not as fast as someone with a speed Quirk, he's tough, but not as durable as somebody with a hardening Quirk, and so on. He's able to combine all of these to make a very dangerous package.
  • Lady Land: It is established that like in-canon, 80% of the population possess Quirks, but here only women have Quirks, meaning that the female population is way above the usual 50-50 ratio in Real Life. The idea of a male pro-hero is completely unheard of, and there is legislation dictating that a lot of low-paying jobs are allowed to dismiss applications of employment if they do not possess a Quirk, an obviously veiled form of legislation that targets men. Whether this counts as Persecution Flip against men or Fantastic Racism against Muggles is a matter of perspective.
  • Lemony Narrator: The narration is usually split in scenes between the characters in third person and a more omniscient narrator. When the omniscient narrator is speaking it occasionally lapses into sarcastic remarks or ominous hints about the future.
  • Lightning Can Do Anything: Izuku's One for All lightning can transmit emotions and thoughts to those people it touches.
  • Loophole Abuse:
    • During the paintball battle, the rules state each team gets two weapons and support items. Izuku, who is going alone, takes advantage of this to carry a rifle and a revolver.
    • When the police chief tells Katsumi, Izuku, Shoko and Tomoya that they could be in trouble with the law for using their Quirks without license, Izuku points out that Katsumi and Shoko had permission to use their Quirks from the heroes they are interning with, Tomoya's defense of another hero counts as under protection of the Good Samaritan law equivalent and Izuku doesn't have a Quirk in the legal sense (his Quirk isn't registered).
  • Loveable Sex Maniac: Nana is seemingly constantly horny, admits to peeking when Izuku changes clothes or bathes and often tries to entice Izuku to relieve himself (and herself in the process). She even briefly tries to get Izuku to sleep with Endeavor before she's reminded of what a horrible person Endeavor is. Whether this is how she was when she was alive or a side effect of being an One-for-All "ghost" inhabiting a teenager's body is unknown.
  • The Madness Place: Mei goes into a mad construction frenzy after the USJ attack, thinking that she failed in giving Izuku what he needed. It takes Izuku, Power Loader and Mecha Might to bring her out of it.
  • Making Love in All the Wrong Places: Izuku and Ochako have sex in his hospital bed. Twice.
  • Mating Season Mayhem: Tsuyu's mating season instincts are driven into overdrive by the presence of Izuku, and the normally taciturn frog woman makes lewd comments about him and what she wants him to do to her. Unlike Minerva, who is somewhat unashamed of her acts, Tsuyu feels guilty about her uncharacteristic outbursts, worried about making Izuku uncomfortable.
  • Mood Whiplash: The date at the beach goes from typical harem romantic-comedy antics to making sure Izuku doesn't bleed out from a stab wound.
  • Mrs. Robinson: Mitsuki Bakugo likes to tease Izuku a lot, such as asking him to put lotion on her back while wearing a skimpy bikini when they run into each other at the beach, and has been referred to as a cougar by her own daughter once.
  • Mundane Solution: How to solve Uraraka's problem with using her powers on herself? Give her some carsick tablets to ameliorate her symptoms.
  • Mundane Utility: Total Command allows Izuku to automatically regulate his metabolic efficiency, allowing him to go outside in the winter without a coat.
  • Muscles Are Meaningless: Pony Tsunotori, who is a lithe girl that barely stands 155 cm (5'1) from the ground, is capable of easily lifting Izuku (who is 195 cm (6'4) tall and weighs 150 kg(330lbs)) without a problem.
  • Mythology Gag:
    • During the exams, Koda's team passes by exploiting their Hero rival's fear of bugs - only this time it's Gang Orca. Present Mic does still have the same fear and jumps behind a couch when she sees Koda's exam.
    • Also, Minerva manages to win the exam on her own.
  • Noodle Incident: Whatever happened during Mt. Lady's first Sports Festival, it is clearly a really distressing memory. The only detail readers have is that Nozomi's schemes were involved.
  • Oblivious to Love: Until Mei kisses him, Izuku is in deep denial about anybody being able to feel romantic love towards him. Even after he still has trouble believing that others see him that way.
  • Oh, Crap!:
  • Open Mouth, Insert Foot: Minerva does this constantly (until her mother teaches her to stop doing it after the Sports Festival). The consequences of this leave her terrified of Izuku.
  • Orwellian Retcon: Epsilon110, the author, is fond of going back to add new scenes to older chapters to expand on what they didn't before.
  • Polyamory: So far, Izuku's hooked up with Mei, Momo, Ochako and Katsumi, with several other girls in the wings. In addition Mei views at least Ochako and Momo as her girlfriends as well.
  • Power Perversion Potential:
    • Ochako uses her power on Izuku for some Zero-G Spot action.
    • Izuku, or rather Nana manipulating his Quirk, can reset his biochemistry to not adapt when he has sex, allowing each time to feel like the first. He can also use it to avert getting his girlfriends pregnant while having sex.
    • During the evolution of Quirks humans gained greater flexibility, elasticity and more durable internal organs. Do the math.
  • Powerful People Are Subs: After an encounter with Izuku where all her actions do is to anger him and force her to leave on sheer force of will, Endeavor has fantasies of submitting to Izuku.
  • Primal Scene: Miruko accidentally eavesdrops on Izuku and Ochako having sex in the hospital, leading her to seek self-relief.
  • "Reason You Suck" Speech: Izuku levels one at Shinso, summing up how little effort she's given while mocking others.
  • Refuge in Audacity: Yui Kodai straight up asks Izuku to have sex her, and Izuku is so flabbergasted by her bluntness that he doesn't reject it outright and Yui manages to extract a promise that they'd do it in the future.
  • Running Gag:
    • As per canon, Izuku's mumble-thons whenever he begins to apply his Awesomeness by Analysis or he is Squeeing.
    • Mei steadfastly refuses to change Izuku's under-costume to anything less than form-fitting.
    • Shoko wanting to eat soba.
    • Izuku geeking out when meeting a new hero and bringing out a notebook to get an autograph - and another character wondering where he was keeping it.
  • Secret Secret-Keeper: It's heavily implied that Inko knows that Yagi Toshiko, Izuku's trainer, is also All Might.
  • Sex Is Evil, and I Am Horny: Ibara doesn't take her physical attraction to Izuku well, initially taking her inner turmoil out on Mina as her horns and demeanor resemble a devil. She regrets her outburst later, but still has problems with accepting herself.
  • Shirtless Scene: Izuku occasionally pulls one of these, albeit sometimes not on purpose. The most notable so far is during his match with Shoko, where it gets destroyed after his stunt with the glacier.
  • Side Bet: Izuku and Katsumi (and Eiko, although she drops out before them) engage in a challenge on who can eat more spicy sauce with rice. They end up tying.
  • Stating the Simple Solution: When conversing about her power, Izuku asks Momo if she has ever tried to use materials other than steel - such as diamond lattices, which should be easier to create since it would require less energy to create. Momo wonders whether to hug him or slap herself for not coming up with such an idea already.
  • Superhero Packing Heat: When a villain takes Minerva as a hostage, Momo creates a shotgun with bean bag rounds and shoots the villain on her chest.
  • Super-Strength: One for All aside, Izuku has incredibly high baseline muscle power. He is entirely capable of lifting seven people on his shoulders.
  • Supreme Chef: Izuku has learned from Lunch Rush, the main cook in UA, and it shows. He's able to whip up meals for the entirety of 1-A on a regular basis. Even before this training he could even guess someone's favorite dish just with his skills in analysis.
  • The Tease:
    • Nana's main schtick is flustering Izuku when they're not in a life or death situation.
    • Mina also likes to do it when she is in the same room as Izuku.
  • Telepathy: Izuku's green lightning can also be used to project his thoughts into people's minds.
  • That Came Out Wrong: Mei's penchant for calling her inventions "my babies" does not make for normal conversation when she exclaims she wants to make babies with Izuku.
  • That Didn't Happen: The girls decide to make seeing Izuku's Raging Stiffie this after the intense embarrassment that results from the situation.
  • Trademark Favorite Food: Shoko loves soba (especially Izuku's soba) so much that she would eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner if the others didn't force her to eat other things.
  • Villains Want Mercy: The villains Shigaraki brought with her to USJ beg All Might to get them away from the Class 1-A students, terrified out of their minds.
  • Wham Episode: Chapter 20, where the Noumu nearly kills Izuku with just one punch.
  • World's Strongest Man: Izuku, both in the sense of being One for All's latest user and literally as the first man with a Quirk.
  • World of Action Girls: This fic's whole premise is that only women are born with Quirks, and almost every male Quirk user from canon (with the sole exception of Izuku) is gender-flipped to fit this mold. Obviously in a setting where only women have superpowers, of course all the powerful heroes and villains are nigh-universally female. In fact, Izuku being the first Quirk user to be a male is considered a huge deal in-universe due to how unprecedented it is.
  • You Are Better Than You Think You Are:
    • Izuku tells Momo the day they meet that, if she is in UA, then it is obvious she has earned it and she can become a hero. After Izuku almost effortlessly defeats Shinsou, Momo starts to redouble doubting herself, but remembering those words allows her to avoid being depressed.
    • When Ochako reveals why she became a hero (to earn money so she can help her mother), Izuku tells her he thinks she is worthy of being a hero, because she is doing it so others will be able to live easier. This is also when Ochako tells him she likes him, prompting him to kiss her.

    Total Chat
  • Accidental Truth: Hagakure jokingly mentions that she is sure Tokoyami has crystals and candles in her room - only for Tokoyami to reveal she does have those things.
  • Covert Pervert: Hagakure uses her invisibility to peek on Izuku, while Jiro tried once to listen in on Izuku's room just in case he happented to masturbate.
  • Do Wrong, Right: Sero criticizes Kaminari for reading "beefcake mags" - the Internet and private browsing are much better options.
  • Double Entendre: The story is dripping with these. Including several accidental ones.
  • Eating the Eye Candy: A frequent topic of discussion in the chats. In fact, the title of the chat group becomes the Midoriya Appreciation Club starting on Chapter 2 (which happens after the events of Total Command's Chapter 14).
  • Mr. Fanservice: Izuku's status as such is discussed and made very explicit by the girls. The fragment of 1-B's groupchat in Chapter 7 (which takes place after Total Command's Chapter 42, after Izuku reveals his Quirk) consists mostly of the girls admitting their sexual attraction.
  • Not Distracted by the Sexy: Ojiro is the only girl in the group that does not seem to be attracted to Izuku. Monoma has the same role for Class 1-B's chat group.
  • Not So Above It All:
    • The teachers (particularly Midnight) are as distracted by Izuku's sexy as their students.
    • For all her protestations against it, Midnight is the most romantic of the lot.
    • Aizawa gets to act particularly smug after the events of the Sports Festival.
  • Only Sane Man: Iida is usually the only one trying to get the girls to stop saying perverted things on the chat.
  • Properly Paranoid: After the Sports Festival, Asui says that every woman in Japan (including the girls at Class 1-B) are probably plotting to steal Izuku. While the main story shows Izuku getting showered in fan mail, the chapter dedicated to Class 1-B's reaction shows that the girls are plotting how to take Izuku for their class.
  • Shame If Something Happened: Played for Laughs when Midnight mentions that she may end up having a photo of Snipe and Present Mic spooning if they don't stop teasing her.
  • Suspiciously Specific Denial: What half of the attempts to deny doing anything perverted end up becoming.
  • Team Mom: Kendo plays on this with her chatroom name, ClassMom.
