Well, itโs a Recursive Massive Multiplayer Crossover fanfiction co-created by notorious online trolls, The Loathsome Dung Eater, Ozzie2009 and KMJ, with multiple other users contributing to the story. Originally a simple trollfic and parody of infamous fanfictions: Pooh's Adventures and Loud House: Revamped, the story began on the now-defunct Neo Scary Godmother Wiki on Fandom
when YouTuber: Magic Mush made a popular video of looking at weird wikis across the internet
in April of 2023 which gathered the attention of various trolls alike to begin shitposting on the wiki. This act would lead to the wiki eventually creating its own ironic story-line based on many crossover fanfictions, with Dung Eater being the leading story writer. Unfortunately, when the wiki was discontinued due to the mass flagging by one very oversensitive individual, the Dung Eater and his writing team had nowhere to go to continue their story. This was until they found somewhere else to continue their story, which was how they found Ozzie2009, who was creating his own trollfic on the SpongeBob Fanon Wiki
revolving around the growing meme character of Freaky Bob
. Over time, the former Neo Scary Godmother writers forged their story with that of Ozzieโs, resulting in the birth of the ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ช๐ด๐ Saga, otherwise known as the USERโข Saga, the ฯnfinity Saga, or simply the Omniverse Saga.
The story is a complete remake, rewrite, and reimagining of multiple fan fictions and fan works all across the internet. It serves as a grand unified story that seamlessly tries to tie every fictional story into one cohesive narrative. Dung Eater has stated that he considers the ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ช๐ด๐ Saga as a rewrite of a specific infamous fanfiction that he found one day while looking around on TVTropes
out of boredom, known as Sonic X: Dark Chaos, which he considers the โWorst and Best Sonic fanfiction of all timeโ. He has also taken heavy inspiration from other fanfictions that he considers very well written, like Tails Gets Trolled, Let Us Be Your Poison, How To Fix Kingdom Hearts, and many more that heโs too lazy to fully explain in the main description.
Regarding the story, the fanfic started on the What If? the two protagonists of Grand Theft Auto V, Michael and Trevor, were replaced by Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck, both in respective order. The result is a somewhat straightforward beginning: Bugs betrays Daffy during a mission they were on. A decade later, Bugs now lives as a retired Warner Brothers mascot in the city of Los Angeles under the alias Big Chungus
, having made a secret agreement with a corrupt FBI agent to purposely set up the mission as an ambush to kill all his former friends. Across the country, Walter White, a struggling chemistry teacher, is diagnosed with inoperable lung cancer; he comes in contact with Bugs to conspire with him to help him get into the crime business since Bugs used to work for the Good Society and had many experiences with criminals. Bugs agrees since he feels bad for the struggling man and sees himself in him. Now, working together, Bugs would be the criminal negotiator. At the same time, Walter devises a revolutionary formula using unregulated chemicals, creating a highly pure form of crystal meth to pay for his treatment and provide financial security for his family. Unfortunately for the two, they would negatively come in contact with notorious Mexican cartel member, Camino Del Rio. Camino would demand compensation, so Bugs and Walter hatch a plan to pull off a jewelry store heist.
Meanwhile, Daffy Duck spends his days as a wild, psychotic, and mentally unstable villain who causes havoc and chaos as he likes. Everything goes as usual for him until one day, he hears of the heist and recognizes Bugs' work, believing him dead. Daffy goes to Los Angeles, finds Bugs, and finally reunites with him after so long, reluctantly forcing him to accept the former back into his life. As time passes, Bugs' and Walter's lives spiral out of control while Daffy meets a deranged doppelgรคnger of SpongeBob SquarePants known as ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ช๐ด๐Bob. The two decide to form a villainous team known as the ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ช๐ด๐ SUSiety! together. What happens afterward cannot be described in words. It must be read to be believed! But if you still want to hear it out, here goes.
Now, this is where the story truly begins. After the formation of the ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ช๐ด๐ SUSiety!, the rising threat of the NPC Alliance (which is a coalition that initially was made up of two opposing factions, known as the Gamers and Libtards, but decided to become one after the formation of the ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ช๐ด๐ SUSiety! and the end of the American Civil War of 2030), and many other political and catastrophic events, it would all lead to the beginning of World War III. During the war, while skipping through town one day to buy some Krispy Kremeยฎ donuts, Daffy meets a young leprechaun girl named Amy Rose, who mysteriously asks him to forget her after a long conversation. Later, the planet is destroyed by a new powerful foe known as the โง ๐๐๐จ-๐๐๐ญ๐๐ง๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฌ โง. Now with a destroyed planet, the ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ช๐ด๐ SUSiety! set out to travel the many universes and discover the dark secrets of the multiverse (while also getting revenge on those normie ass NPCs who also survived the destruction of their planet while they're at it)
And from there, things get worseโmuch, much worse. Our protagonists find themselves with the nihilistic realization that the multiverse has been engulfed in a cruel trillion-year war between angels and daemons. Afterward, our protagonists declare war on both sides because they think it would be funny.
The co-author has alternately stated that the entire story will not be finished or fully published until it is entirely 100% mapped out beforehand and currently only serves as a fun AU on the SpongeBob Fanon Wiki, which he plans on expanding outside of the wiki alone gradually over time. Apart from fanfictions, he has stated that his primary inspiration is that of WorldEnd, or What Do You Do at the End of the World? May I Meet You, Once Again?
, which similarly begins with a young girl as the main protagonist who, before the events, was a young innocent child before growing up with a much more nihilistic outlook. Meanwhile, the male deuteragonist, Daffy, is a highly morally dubious character who heavily contrasts the previous main protagonist, Bugs, who was a much more typical heroic archetype. Other inspirations are Mother 3, NieR, and The Theorizerโs Mort Theory
, which significantly influence the plotโs overall structure and themes. Use that information in whichever way you like.
In conclusion, the ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ช๐ด๐ Saga is a patchwork Mega Crossover that is both Denser and Wackier and Darker and Edgier than its original source materials.
The rough draft has unfortunately been deleted by Fandom staff but thankfully, it is still being in the works and will be released soon.
๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ช๐ด๐ Tropes:
- Acquainted with Emergency Services: If Daffy is pursued by the police, they will call him out by name over speaker and in person, implying that they already know him extremely well. This makes a lot sense seeing as Daffy is a LargeHam Villain.
- Action Girl: All the Leprechauns (just like in the original story). They've been raised since childhood to be weapons of the Imperium of Gods in order to slaughter daemons.
- Action Prologue: Since the prologue is extremely (and we do mean extremely) long. There's plenty of action in it.
- Adaptational Alternate Ending: Happens multiple times. A great example would actually be with the events prior to the timeskip and the saga itself which takes the ending of Kingdom Hearts II. The ending changes the reunion of Sora, Riku, and Kairi into a grim Downer Ending: Roxas, Xion, Axel, and Namine are dead. Permanently. Ansem the Wise had to be separated once again from her long-lost daughter Kairi right after reuniting with her, and half of our protagonists were left questioning their beliefs regarding light and darkness.
- Adaptational Angst Upgrade: Multiple franchises added to the saga suffer from the grim fact that they share the same multiverse as this tragic story. One major example is the usage of Kingdom Hearts. We see the actual effect that Maleficent's invasion of the multiverse has on survivors. Kairi being a major example. There's also the previous stated fact that Kingdom Hearts II gets complete redone in terms of tone with the ending being a complete downer. Lastly, Terra, Ventus, and Aqua do not get a happy ending and all suffer a tragic fate, with Mickey suffering from severe guilt over this.
- Adaptational Backstory Change: Happens extremely often. Major examples include the fact that The Heartless are chaos daemons instead of Enemies Within, and the Nobodies are angels rather than Empty Shells.
- Adaptational Badass: Several characters receive this treatment. Especially the vast majority of the cartoon characters, but the biggest example is definitely Ka-Chung, who goes from a mundane Pre-School Show character to almost never losing a fight.
- Adaptational Villainy: Because the story takes place after the good ol days and is a time-skip, most iconic heroic characters have become shells of their former selves. Examples include Mickey Mouse, Bugs Bunny, SpongeBob, Mario, Luigi, Iron Man, Aang, etc.
- Anti-Villain: This gets double deconstructed though since the story is about different perspectives and the nuance of conflict. Mickey Mouse, Bugs Bunny, SpongeBob, Mario, Luigi, Iron Man, Aang, etc. all do some pretty awful things in the name of justice and what they believe is right, including screwing the villains over.
- Aerith and Bob: Being a Massive Multiplayer Crossover, this is bound to happen.
- All Myths Are True : Being a Massive Multiplayer Crossover of almost every form of fiction, every myth is also included.
- Fantasy Kitchen Sink: Not much to say. Every fantasy character and or race appear in the saga.
- Alternate Universe Fic: The story rewrites almost every fictional story from the start into one unified continuity.
- Anyone Can Die: According to the Dung Eater, no single character is safe from death and plot armor is essentially non-existent in this story.
- Arc Symbol: Butterflies and Roses.
- Being Good Sucks: A common theme in the saga is just how genuinely hard it is to be a righteous person in the world. Itโs a world where being a hero often involves sacrificing oneself or their loved ones for the โgreater good.โ Why bother going through hell and pure misery if your sacrifice doesnโt mean anything in the end anyway?
- Beware the Silly Ones: Most of the characters, almost by necessity since it's a comedy-drama action story, but particular note has to go to the ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ช๐ด๐ SUSiety! themselves who are portrayed as incompetent wannabe villains but in actuality can stand toe-to-toe with some of the most powerful characters in fiction.
- Butt-Monkey: Like in every other form of media, Daffy Duck is the walking example of bad luck in this fanfic.
- Changing of the Guard: The entire conceptual vision of the ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ช๐ด๐ Saga. The saga takes place around a decade after the events of a bittersweet ending where all the heroes and their love interests got their satisfying endings. Some married, some settled down, some simply have no further interest in adventures, some were Put on a Bus, and some even died for real. And yet, the overarching conflict is still technically not over. Who will finish the narrative? Why none other then the Comic Relief Sidekick of course! Meanwhile the surviving heroes and their love interests, can serve as supporting characters. With that in mind, the story focuses on some of the younger girls at the Leprechaun Warehouse, who are now in their post-puberty years while having Daffy take Bugs' former role in the story.
- Child Soldiers: All the leprechauns qualify as this, with Hinawa, the oldest, being just 20 (the oldest age of a leprechaun).
- Cerebus Syndrome: The ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ช๐ด๐ Saga constantly balances between being an ironic comedic shitpost and a depressing tragedy.
- Cloudcuckoolander: Daffy Duck embodies this trope to a tea. He's an Ax-Crazy Talkative Loon who loves breaking the fourth wall, talks to inanimate objects like they're real people, and is simply downright uncomfortable to be around with. Heavily deconstructed later on.
- Cosmic Horror Story: Where to even begin. The Multiversesโ days is numbered, with even many elite Imperium soldiers noting that the world is living on borrowed time from the influence of the Chaos Gods. Itโs not a question of if the world is going to end, but simply when.
- Crapsaccharine World: The home solar system of our protagonists. It's a pretty nice and rather comical place to live. The rest of the multiverse? FUCK NO.
- Crapsack World: The entire multiverse. It's so bad that it could even give Warhammer 40,000 a run for its money.
- Crossover:
- Weird Crossover: Try explaining the entire saga to someone who's never read it.
- Dark Fic: Being a crossover retelling of SukaMoka, this is obviously bound to happen. The previous bittersweet ending where many heroes sacrificed their lives for the greater good becomes utterly deconstructed with the heart-wrenching reveal that the metric ton of suffering all the previous protagonists went through still wasnโt enough to protect the younger generation, who now must go through the same horrors as their predecessors.
- Deconstruction: of Happy Endings. Any success our previous heroes won before the saga began was simply only temporary as revealed after Hinawa's Heroic Sacrifice, it seems like the girls of the Leprechaun Warehouse wonโt have to fight again for the foreseeable future. NOPE. In actuality, this actually removed the very purpose of the Warehouse and the military strongly considers shutting it down. Meanwhile, other groups plot to get their hands on the girls so that they can be used as weapons. In order to prevent the dismantling of the Warehouse, Flint is forced to become a daemon so that the leprechauns can kill him and regain their purpose in life which is to be a tool for the government. His sacrifice does buy the Warehouse a measure of peace... for about ten years. Then the ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ช๐ด๐ Saga happens and we see how truly meaningless all of our heroes' efforts were. The Daemons and Angels are still fighting and all the girls are forever scarred from sheer trauma of their existence.
- Happy Ending Override: "Happy Endings Are Just Stories That Haven't Ended Yet" - Daffy Duck
- Disabled in the Adaptation: Many characters in the ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ช๐ด๐ Saga are officially neurodivergent by
Word of God.- Daffy is on the autism spectrum.
- Disproportionate Retribution: Someone once beat up Spiderus and made him lose his teeth just because he didn't like their shoes.
- Dramedy: What begins as a slightly dramatic but mostly goofy comedic story that parodies infamous fanfictions and real-life culture with the protagonists being a bunch of comical and harmless villains who seek world domination evolves into a depressing and existential story with legitimately heartwrenching moments and character arcs that completely reconstruct previous notions of said harmless villains.
- Embarrassing Middle Name: Jazzi's middle name is given as Sannse here.
- Evil Versus Evil: The whole conflict between the ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ช๐ด๐ SUSiety! and most antagonists could count as this.
- Fantastic Nuke: Leprechauns are living nukes.
- Fantastic Racism: Without spoiling too much, the whole conflict is basically based around this.
- Godzilla Threshold: If it looks like an entire planet is about be consumed by daemon influenced, the Imperium wonโt hesitate to completely blowing the planet up. Even the loss of trillions is better than letting any archdaemon gain a foothold in the multiverse.
- Growing Up Sucks: Bugs feels this way particularly for the young leprechauns, because for them, being mature entails being drafted into a war where they are likely not to return from.
- Humanoid Abomination: Daffy Duck himself.
- Loss of Identity: Being a retelling of SukaMoka, this is what eventually happens to all Leprechauns.
- Kill the God: The main overall goal for the ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ช๐ด๐ SUSiety! post-Prologue.
- Nice Job Breaking It, Hero!: A common theme in the saga is how good intentions can lead to the most vile and horrible tragedies.
- One-Gender Race: All Leprechauns are born female.
- Ragtag Bunch of Misfits: Basically what the ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ช๐ด๐ SUSiety! is post-Prologue.
- Sir Swears-a-Lot: Many characters who never swore in canon constantly do in this fanfic. The biggest example being Daffy.
- Team Dad: The NickToons, Mickey, and Bugs become this to the Leprechauns before the time-skip.
- Wham Episode: The end of prologue. The entire planet gets destroyed by the โง ๐๐๐จ-๐๐๐ญ๐๐ง๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฌ โง with around 80% of the entire population instantly dying with it. Easy to say, this leaves almost every survivor absolutely broken apart from the ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ช๐ด๐ SUSiety!.
