is a My Little Pony: Equestria Girls fanfic written by Skyreads.This is a story focusing on if Sunset Shimmer and Sci-Twi had met before the events of the first movie. Sunset Shimmer, the mean Queen B of Canterlot High School gets her life changed by a young genius scientist. A month and a half before the Fall Formal. She learns new things about herself and gains a new lenses to life. A new lenses that just might be too much to handle for the human unicorn as she begins to understand the error of her ways.

- Abusive Parents: Sunset had these in her days before she left for the human world, where both raised her into seeing friendship as a waste of time that was holding her back and neither being sympathetic whenever she was bullied by the other fillies in Celestia's School of Gifted Unicorns.
- Defrosting Ice Queen: As she spends more time with Sci-Twi, Sunset begins to warm up to her and enjoy their friendship (and something more). She eventually begins to extend this toward Canterlot High School and becoming more amiable with the Rainbooms (after helping to mend the friendships she broke between them).
- Heroic BSoD: Sunset faces this when finding out that her parents had never bothered to look for or find her after she escaped to the human world and that Celestia had gotten a new student in Twilight, culminating in her destroying the Canterlot High statue portal in a mental breakdown after she gets back to the human world.
- What If?: This story explores the idea on what would happen if Sunset and Sci-Twi had met each other before the events of the first Equestria Girls movie.
