- Take a drink on every death. Don't drink too much at once or you'll risk spiraling into a pit deeper than the Abyss.
- Take a small sip every time you die in Hunter's March, Sinner's Road or Bilewater.
- Take a lamenting drink if you die on Steel Soul.
- Significantly lower the drinking amount once you reach Act 3.
- Take a celebratory swig on every boss kill.
- Take two if the boss has killed you more than ten times.
- Finish the bottle if you kill Final Boss or True Final Boss.
- Take a drink every saved flea. Yes, even Kratt.
- Take a drink every time Hornet backhands someone.
- Take a drink every time Hornet makes a Badass Boast.
- Take a drink every time you see a bell. (WARNING: MAY CAUSE LIVER BREAKDOWN)
- Take a drink every time someone sings. (Same as above, Needolin doesn't count)
- Take a drink whenever you kill a new enemy type. Take a one and a half if you do it with Hunter's Journal obtained.
- Take a small celebratory drink whenever you find a new tool or upgrade.
- Drink to celebration whenever you complete a sidequest.
- Drink twice if it's Infestation Operation, Balm For The Wounded, Trail's End, Great Taste Of Pharloom or Silk And Soul.
- Don't drink whenever you see Sherma. His presence alone is invigorating enough.
- Take a drink whenever there is a Call-Back to previous game. Don't drink during Red Memory sequence if you don't want to pass out.
- Take a drink whenever Hunter's Journal mentions Hornet's affinity for fluffy creatures. Also do it every it speaks of her hatred for flies.
- Take a drink whenever you either obtain or upgrade Bellhome.
- Take a drink whenever you notice something the devs planned.
- Don't drink at all if doing Speedrun challenge or Flea Festival. You'll need every ounce of sobriety there.
