Yōko Hikasa (born July 16, 1985) is a voice actress from Kanagawa. After watching Sailor Moon and Neon Genesis Evangelion, she was inspired to become a voice actor and eventually attended Nihon Narration Engi Kenkyūjo. She has a beautiful, energetic singing voice and typically plays mature, composed female characters, femme fatales, Tomboys, or Tsundere. Although she also lends her talents towards giving voice to manipulative or obnoxious characters.
Hikasa is best known for her role as Mio Akiyama in K-On!, and as such, has worked with fellow K-On co-stars Aki Toyosaki, Ayana Taketatsu, Satomi Sato, Minako Kotobuki, as well as Kana Hanazawa, Shizuka Itō, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka, Nobuhiko Okamoto, Kaito Ishikawa, Taku Yashiro and Yūki Kaji in several other anime.
In September 2014, she released her first album titled Couleur.
Satsuki Yukino was typecast into almost the same roles as her in the early to mid 2000s.

- Catchphrase: On one radio show she became known for てへぺろ (Tehepero, combined onomatopoeia for embarrassed laughter and sticking out your tongue), which underwent
Memetic Mutation to the point of getting an entry in the dictionary. - Large Ham: In a few of her roles such as Shino, Yukina, Gabriella, or Anna.
- Ms. Fanservice: Not necessarily one herself, but most of her characters - particularly Laura, Freya, St. Louis, Honolulu, Aya, Witch and Rias - do qualify.
- Tom Hanks Syndrome: Amongst the alumnus of K-On!, Hikasa is the only one whose career undergoes a transition to doing more deep-voiced, alluring, assured characters, similar to the likes of Ayako Kawasumi. It's actually rarer to see her play cute, shy characters like Mio in her later career.
- Star-Making Role: Mio Akiyama from K-On!. Ironically, she tends to avoid voicing characters like Mio. Thanks to Tom Hanks Syndrome, Mio ends up being something of her own Early-Installment Weirdness.
- Woman of a Thousand Voices: She can voice any character from Pampered Rich Girls, Seductive Woman, Tomboys and Serious Characters.
