Tia Texada (born December 14, 1971 in Louisiana, The United States) is an American actress and voice actress.
She is best known for her role as Sgt. Maritza Cruz on the NBC Police Procedural Third Watch,for being the voice of Maybelline New York for 15 years and as the voice of Talon in Static Shock.
