Born December 4th 1951, Régis Loisel is a French author of bandes dessinées most well known for his Darker and Edgier interpretation of Peter Pan. Other works include The Quest For The Time Bird, Magasin Général, and the Wild Child story Pyrénée, drawn by Philippe Sternis.
He has also worked on two Disney animated movies: Mulan and Atlantis as well as created the characters for the video game Gift.
He now lives in Montreal, Canada.
