Reginald Rose (December 10, 1920 – April 19, 2002) was American screenwriter influential in early television. Fond of slice-of-life stories with strong moral lessons, realist and minimalist aesthetics, and well-developed characters. His work most often appeared in, and greatly influenced, TV anthologies.
