Raymond Cruz (born July 9, 1961 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor. He is of Mexican descent and grew up in East Los Angeles. He is best known for his roles as Detective Julio Sanchez in The Closer and Major Crimes and as Tuco Salamanca in Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul.
