Parley Edward Baer (August 5, 1914 - November 22, 2002) was an American actor best known for License to Drive (1988), A Fever In The Blood (1961), and Dave (1993).
He was married to Ernestine Clarke and they had two children.
Baer died in 2002 at the age of 88 following a stroke.
