Osgood "Oz" Perkins II (born February 2nd, 1974 in Manhattan, New York City) is an American filmmaker and actor.
He is the eldest son of actors Anthony Perkins and Berry Berenson. Though he acted consistently in small parts throughout the 1990s and 2000s, he now only acts in cameos, many of which comment on classic horror, and is best known as a writer and director. He was named after his paternal grandfather but goes professionally by Oz. He was previously married to Sidney Perkins from 1999 until 2016, and they have two children, Beatrice "Bea" Perkins (who has acted in several of her father's movies), and James Perkins (who acted in I Am the Pretty Thing That Lives in the House). He has one child with his second wife, Melody.
He is a great-grandson of fashion designer Elsa Schiaparelli, and his brother Elvis is a musician. His mother died almost exactly nine years after his father onboard American Airlines Flight 11, the plane that crashed into the North World Trade Center Tower on September 11, 2001.
