Natalie Morales (born February 15, 1985 in Kendall, Florida) is an American actor, writer, and director, best known for her roles as Wendy Watson on The Middleman, Lauren Cruz on the first season of White Collar, and Lucy on Parks and Recreation.
Morales is queer and uses she/her and they/them pronouns.
She is not to be confused with the journalist of the same name on Today.
