Mark Rydell (born Mortimer H. Rydell; March 23, 1929) is an American actor, director, and producer best known for The Long Goodbye (1973), On Golden Pond (1981), and Hollywood Ending (2002).
He was married to Joanne Linville and Esther Rydell and has three children, two, Christopher Rydell and Amy Rydell with Linville and one, Alexander with Esther.
