Mark Douglas Brown McKinney (born June 26, 1959) is a Canadian actor and comedian best known for The Kids in the Hall and Saturday Night Live.

The son of a diplomat, McKinney initially got his start in comedy as a member of The Audience, a comedy troupe he'd formed in Calgary with Norm Hiscock, Garry Campbell, Frank Van Keeken, and Bruce McCulloch in the early-'80s. Soon the troupe traveled to Toronto, where they met fellow comedy troupe The Kids in the Hall, consisting of Dave Foley, Kevin McDonald, and Luciano Casimiri. Soon the two troupes fused together under that title and dwindled down to McKinney, McCulloch, Foley and McDonald, with Scott Thompson soon rounding out the gang. In 1985, McKinney (along with the other Kids) auditioned for Lorne Michaels to be a part of Saturday Night Live, and he and McCulloch were hired as writers for that show's 1985-86 season. Not long after, Michaels decided to give the troupe their own self-titled sketch series, which initially ran from 1989-95.

After the Kids' show ended, McKinney joined the cast of Saturday Night Live for the 20th season and stayed on SNL until the end of season 22.

He was married to Marina Gharabegin and they have two children.
