Keong Sim (born January 16th, 1969 in South Vietnam) is an American actor and writer. He is well-known for playing Pastor Wayne in Dead to Me and Lester Kuriyama on Law & Order. Sim has also done extensive work in theater and stage productions, particularly as an improv actor.
