Creator / Josette Simon

Josette Simon OBE (born 15 November 1960) is an English actress best known for playing Dayna Mellanby in Blake's 7 from 1980-81. Unlike most of the other surviving cast members, she has declined to reprise her role for any Blake's 7 audio dramas, so the role was recast to Angela Bruce in the 1998-99 BBC Radio plays^note "The Sevenfold Crown" and "The Syndeton Experiment" and to Yasmin Bannerman in Big Finish audio dramas from 2017 onwards.
