John Dezso Ratzenberg (born April 6, 1947) is an American actor, voice actor, director, producer, writer, and entrepreneur best known for his role as Cliff Clavin in Cheers and for having a role in every Pixar film (to the point of being called 'Pixar's Good Luck Charm') until Soul^note and Luca.

He was married to Georgia Stiny, currently married to Julie Blichfeldt, and has two children with Stiny.
