Jin Horikawa (born December 16th, 1962) is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with Office Osawa whose forte is on non-anime related Japanese TV program narration, and foreign film dubbing. Primarily known to be the Japanese go-to-dubber for James Marsters, and Patrick Fischler.

His role as the titular super robot, B't X of B't X was his breakthrough role into the field of anime voice acting, but remained as his One-Hit Wonder to this day.

Overall, Horikawa's anime performance cases are plenty, but his roles are pinned down to bit characters that were at least, important enough to have names; then comes, in particular, sports announcers and news reporters.

Has no relations, nor to be confused with voice actor, Ryo Horikawa.
