Jennifer Beals (December 19, 1963 in Chicago. Illinois) is an American actress, former model, and producer best known for Flashdance, The L Word, The Book of Eli, and The Bride.
She was married to director Alexandre Rockwell, currently married to Ken Dixon, and has one child and two stepchildren with Dixon. Her daughter Ella Dixon is an actress too.
