Howard Michael Mandel (born November 29, 1955) is a Canadian comedian, actor, and TV host.

He is famous for hosting the American NBC game show Deal or No Deal (including both its daytime and Canadian versions), voicing Gizmo in Gremlins and its sequel, and playing Dr. Wayne Fiscus on the medical drama St. Elsewhere. He's also been a judge on America's Got Talent since 2010, created the Fox Kids cartoon Bobby's World (where he voiced the title character), and for doing plenty of observational and improvisational stand-up comedy usually involving everyday life and self-deprecation.

He is married to Terry Soil, and they have three children.

Mandel has OCD and ADHD, which he frequently discusses.
