Gretchen Hoyt Corbett (born August 13, 1947 in Portland, Oregon) is an American actress and theatre director. She is best known for Let's Scare Jessica to Death, The Rockford Files, and Pig. While she stopped appearing in the later seasons of The Rockford Files due to financial disputes with the producers, her character reappeared in the reunion films made in the 1990s, now with the married name Van Zandt.
Corbett’s great-great-grandfather was United States Senator Henry W. Corbett. She has a daughter—actress Winslow Corbett—from a relationship with Canadian actor Robin Gammell.
