Franchesca Ramsey (born November 29, 1983) is an American social media personality, presenter, activist, actor, author, producer, and screenwriter.

Ramsey initally started out as a YouTuber known as Chescaleigh, and in 2012, her video "Shit White Girls Say...to Black Girls" went viral. With it came a lot of postive media attention, as well as online harassment. Ramsey became an advocate for people faced online harassment, as well as speaking out on social issues, which led her to be the host, writer, and executive producer of MTV's online show Decoded.

Ramsey also hosted podcast titled Last Name Basis with her then-husband Patrick Kondas from 2015 to 2019. She has written for The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore and is co-producer and writer for the iCarly 2021 reboot. In 2020, she had a recurring role in Superstore.

Ramsey came out as bisexual on National Coming Out in 2020.
