
Edward James Begley Jr. (born September 16, 1949 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor and environmental activist best known for his roles in St. Elsewhere, A Mighty Wind, Pineapple Express, and Whatever Works.
He was married to Ingrid Taylor, currently married to Rachelle Carson-Begley and has three children, two with Taylor and one with Carson-Begley. His father was actor Ed Begley.
