Barbara Alyn Woods (born March 11th, 1962 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American actress. She is best known for her roles in Honey, I Shrunk the Kids and One Tree Hill.
She's married to director John Lind, with whom she shares three daughters.
Woods' daughters are actresses Natalie Alyn Lind, Emily Alyn Lind, and Alyvia Alyn Lind.
