Anne Christine Winters (born June 3, 1994 in Dallas, Texas) is an American actress. She grew up in Lewisville, entering performing arts early on when she sang to 24,000 people as a ten year old. Rather than attend college, Winters as a young adult moved to Los Angeles for her acting career.

Her first parts had been minor roles in some straight-to-DVD films, then a guest spot on one episode of Liv and Maddie. Her breakout role was on The Fosters as Kelsey, a recurring character appearing from 2013 to 2014. She then got more recognition as Emma Al-Fayeed on Tyrant. Since then she was gone on to play more prominent characters in 13 Reasons Why and The Orville.
