Crazy Jealous Guys in Visual Novels.

  • Collar × Malice:
    • Shiraishi grumpily pulls Ichika away when her old police classmate Saeki was going to invite her out to dinner.
    • Downplayed with Yanagi who is generally fine with Ichika interacting with other guys but he does show concern when he thinks Okazaki was flirting with Ichika and Ichika can tease him about it. when revealing that he and Ichika have started dating, he semi-jokingly tells the other guys to keep their "hands off".
  • Exaggerated with Dennis in Double Homework. In his book, any woman who prefers another guy to him is a “stupid fucking bitch.”
  • Jacopo from The House in Fata Morgana has naturally jealous tendencies towards his wife, helped in no small part by his False Friend deliberately leading him to believe she's having an affair. His aggressive behaviour and inability to clearly confront her or listen to her side of the story quickly escalate, to the point where he becomes violent with her and imprisons her in a separate cottage on his property to prevent her from meeting other men. His jealousy is Played for Laughs in the Backstage segments, where he spends a good amount of time seeking Morgana's affection only to be spurned in favour of Michel, who he quickly proceeds to insult at every opportunity.
  • Hisao from Katawa Shoujo isn't normally this, but develops slight tendencies if you pursue Emi Ibarazaki's route. He's more passive-aggressive than outwardly aggressive, though, and he snaps fast out of it: he suspects that she's getting close to the track team captain... but it turns out they're sort-of Platonic Life-Partners instead, as said captain is gay. Emi has a good laugh at Hisao's expense when she finds out.
  • Steve from Melody has shades of this. He insinuates that Melody should get back together with him, and he does things that are creepy or worse.
  • Makoto in Shiny Days is rather hypocritical, easily cheating on the people he considers his girlfriend without a second thought. However, he comes to believe that Setsuna is cheating on him with someone old enough to be her father (for good reason, given that he is) and refuses to listen to her, generally treating her terribly throughout.
