Sendri Pilotslicence

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/plant_dictator_7.png
"Have fun in there, everyone!" (Art by MadameButterflyKnife)
The host of Your Final Frontier. A half-crazed intergalactic dictator, with all the resources of a reasonably successful intergalactic country behind them. Decided to lock some political opponents and people which they had petty grievances against in the same room and watch them kill each other for personal entertainment. Played by Florien.
  • Insistent Terminology: Though they do eat sapients, Sendri has never eaten another floran at any point, and is thus absolutely, and completely NOT a cannibal.
  • It Amused Me: They started their killing game because they decided that since they were going to be executing people anyway, they might as well have some fun with it. Whether that fun hurts others or not is completely irrelevant to their amusement at watching it unfold.
  • Man-Eating Plant: This also comes with the territory of being a floran. It's implied they eat the more edible deceased prisoners.
  • More than Mind Control: Though aided by a literally addictive voice capable of causing brain damage over long periods, Sendri is notably good at convincing people that the Alliance is in the right, and that they want to cooperate. Naturally, this doesn't usually work on the players of the murdergames, due to them already opposing the Alliance on principle.
  • Plant Aliens: As a floran — a plant person from Starbound — it comes with the territory.
  • Pragmatic Villainy: Sendri executed or exiled most of the fascists from the Alliance not because of any particular conviction against them, but because of their self-destructive tendencies and notably weak and corrupt governing style, and also generally being annoyed by their perpetual racism and speciesism.
  • Take Over the World: Outside of running a killing game, Sendri is in charge of an ambitious intergalactic rogue state, with the stated end-goal of universal conquest and control.
  • Third-Person Person: Like many floran, Sendri refers to themselves as "floran" rather than "I" or "me". Sendri remains confused why others don't speak like this.
  • Villain with Good Publicity: Within Alliance Territory, and among their direct subordinates especially, they are beloved, and seen as a Well-Intentioned Extremist at worst.

Judges

For Hydroxyl, see A Game of Mafia 2.

Steeltower H. Allan-Wrench (YFF 1)

An Obsessive-compulsive, sociopathic Glitch with a penchant for history and medical science.
  • Labcoat of Science and Medicine: Wears a lab coat at nearly all times. Due to the nature of her work, there's quite a few bloodstains on it.
  • Mad Doctor: She's all too happy to vivisect a person out of boredom, and she's planted a number of neurotransmission interference chips in Hydroxyl, seemingly for no reason other than that no one stopped her.

Tennysan Birchard Hayes (YFF 1, 3)

A particularly murderous human from Montana, Earth. Plays up the Banana Republic dictator aesthetic by wearing sunglasses all the time.
  • For the Evulz: She indulges Sendri's more violent and murderous tendencies, including the killing games, because she just likes to watch people suffer and die. Anything beyond that is irrelevant for her.
  • Named After Someone Famous: Her last two names are the same as the Rutherford B. Hayes. This hints at her ties to the cult of the obscure.

Lanriki Tsurobakhi (YFF 1)

An ardent racist and speciesist who happens to not be human, and former fascist figurehead within the Alliance. No one likes him very much. He used to be a Corrupt Politician, but Sendri breathing down his neck put a stop to that.
  • The Artifact: In-Universe, as Sendri let him get into power back when they were attempting to rope fascist groups into the Alliance. After Sendri got sick of the self-destructive tendencies and obnoxious behavior of the fascists, most of them were exiled or executed. Lanriki is one of the last survivors, only kept around because he has a couple valuable skills, always living in terror that one day Sendri will get sick of seeing him or find a replacement, and put his head on a pike.
  • Asshole Victim: His friends have been executed or exiled, and he's trapped in a miserable situation in a job he hates, always fearful that one day, Sendri will get tired of him and something horrible will befall him at their hands. The fact remains, however, that he joined the Alliance to establish an ethnostate and is actively fascist.
  • Fantastic Racism: He has a long history of being violently against anything that benefits people who don't look very similar to him (that is, a blue-skinned bipedal amphibian with three eyes.) That includes Sendri and the rest of the Alliance. He only stays on because Sendri has made it very clear that he will be shot if he causes any further problems or attempts to leave.
  • Tiger by the Tail: He joined the Alliance thinking it a good way to get political power and establish an ethnostate. After Sendri turned on the fascists, however, he found that there was no way for him to get out without Sendri having him executed.

Deshkarova Alstovika (YFF 1)

A former Body Double who doesn't take her job as director seriously.
  • Body Double: Apparently looks exactly like her unseen predecessor, and took the job after her predecessor was Killed Off for Real.
  • Sleepyhead: Constantly sleeps through the killing game, and is usually only awake for long enough to pick a new favorite.

Qetrenzl the Younger (YFF 1)

A zealot who's zealotry is remarkably easy to redirect, though that makes him no less dangerous.
  • Pragmatic Villainy: His extreme enthusiasm for every atrocity committed by the Alliance is only matched with how violently he opposed many similar acts when he was a priest. He decided the Alliance was a better route to achieving his goal of a cushy job with lots of apparent responsibility but no real responsibility.
  • Opportunistic Bastard: The ease with which his zealotry is redirectable indicates that his actions are extreme because it looks better to people he'd like to impress. Impressing people leads to his own adgenda, (of being a rubber-stamp legistlator), being fulfilled.

Liwari (YFF 2)

Sendri's right hand floran. Really likes Coleman Francis movies for some unknown reason, and quotes them often. Usually considered to be "Sendri-Lite".
  • Mook Lieutenant: They're this to Sendri, helping coordinate forces, work with the other directors, and generally working on the minutia so Sendri can do more important things.

Greenfinger Andrew Parks (YFF 2)

A Floran Greenfinger raised by humans. He's the head of R&D at the Alliance's headquarters, and was in charge of implanting the kill-chips into the murderer team's brains.
  • Green Thumb: His plant manipulation skills were used to make Sendri's cane, which contains a retractable wooden spike.
  • Labcoat of Science and Medicine: He's the head of R&D for the Alliance, and wears a labcoat at all times. However, unlike many others among the Alliance, he bothers to be scientifically rigorous.
  • Non-Human Non-Binary: Inverted — floran have No Biological Sex and are normally agender, but he identifies as male and uses he/him pronouns.

Interim Accounts Admin Lansse Lorentzsen (YFF 2)

An often overlooked accountant, put in charge of the Alliance's various investments and the payroll department after his predecessor was poisoned to death at a holiday party. Due to an overlooked law, he's not technically allowed to be promoted to Accounts Admin until the murderer is found.
  • Forgettable Character: The Alliance as a whole largely forgot about him the moment his predecessor died. He didn't even receive the keys to the site-director's house, which should have been his, because no one remembered to give them to him for over two years.
  • Unwitting Instigator of Doom: His request that Sendri promote him led directly to Sendri realizing that they should probably deal with the suspects for the murder of his predecessor. As a result, Sendri held the second iteration of Your Final Frontier.

Melisandre "Meli" Vayar (YFF 2)

A healer, and former adventurer, born and raised on a world in Medieval Stasis. She's a recent hire, and won a raffle to judge with Sendri. Clarke, Lyrman, and Araza were her party members.
  • Healing Hands: She learned to cast powerful healing spells during her adventuring career, leading to her being used by Sendri as a way to keep those not supposed to be dead yet alive.
  • With Great Power Comes Great Insanity: She's was used to keep everyone who wasn't supposed to be dead yet alive. As a result, so much power was being channeled through her that she couldn't actually tell anyone apart. Thus, her votes were entirely random.

Clarke Vernum (YFF 2)

A former adventurer, and skilled archer, born and raised on a world in Medieval Stasis. A recent hire, who won a raffle to judge with Sendri. Vayar, Lyrman, and Araza were her party members.

  • Even Evil Has Loved Ones: Despite her being an unrepentant murderer willing to cooperate with the Alliance because they pay well, she's still very close with Lyrman, to the point where they vote as a bloc.
  • Master Archer: Allegedly, she was quite good at hitting targets from great distance back in the day. Of course, this skill is now completely irrelevant, as guns exist.

Lyrman Firebrand (YFF 2)

A former adventurer, he's built like a tank and twice as armored. He was born and raised on a world in Medieval Stasis, and is a recent hire who won a raffle to judge with Sendri. Vayar, Clarke, and Araza were his party members.

  • Blood Knight: The reason he became an adventurer was bloodlust. Watching people die is an acceptable substitute, sometimes, but he'd much prefer to be out fighting.
  • Even Evil Has Loved Ones: He's an adventurer willing to chop off someone's head at the slightest provocation. However, he's very close to Clarke, and votes as a bloc with her.

Archlich Araza the Great and Powerful (YFF 2)

A former adventurer, a floran, and an Alliance employee. They joined Vayar, Clarke, and Lyrman in a path of destruction across a Medieval Stasis world, violating the Alien Non-Interference Clause in the process. Also they're a lich.

  • The Friend Nobody Likes: Everyone finds their grandstanding and obnoxiously large ego annoying. Sendri clearly is not enthused to be introducing them, or letting them judge.
  • Our Liches Are Different: Araza happens to be a lich, fueled by magic and spite, with a Soul Jar somewhere on their person. They didn't become a lich for immortality's sake, but rather to fuel their own ego.
  • Small Name, Big Ego: Their given name was just "Araza" but then they added all the extra titles themselves, because no one else would. Sendri especially finds this extremely annoying, and refuses to call them anything but Araza.

Other Staff

Doctor Doctor

An Among Us Cyan Astronaut. They always wear a suit and two top hats, which never get damaged or dirty no matter how long they spend in the vents.
  • Ambiguously Human: It's not entirely clear whether they're human or something else, as their helmet is mirrored on the outside. Their ability to use vents does at least suggest that they're an Impostor, not a Crewmate.
  • Morally Ambiguous Doctorate: One legitimate one in Experimental Quantum Mechanics and the ever-changing other one from a diploma mill. They happen to be a professional assassin.

    Players — Your Final Frontier

Akane Owari

Carb Consumption Queen
The Ultimate Gymnast. Played by GoldenCityBird.

Bill's Brother

Better than the Kool-aid man at going through walls!
A strange person who looks just like Bill from Left 4 Dead. Played by Dhiruxide.

Duke Nukem

Facing off against 7.5 Aliens
A man here to kick ass and chew gum, and he's all out of gum. Played by Risdio 51.

Elise (and teal)

She's a witch, therefore, she's made of wood!
A normal-ish girl with magical powers, and the alien voice in her head that gave her the powers. Played by wingedcatgirl.
  • Evil All Along: Subverted; when the game ends and she is revealed as the Ninja, she quickly makes clear that she had no part in the murderers' actions — that was all teal, acting without her knowledge or consent, and she is not happy about it.
  • Guest Fighter: Originally from World of Supers (the predecessor to We're a League of Heroes).

Game Gear

Featuring a perpetually two-thirds empty battery!
An Anthropomorphic Personification of the Game Gear. Often gets tired. Played by Zanreo.

Giovanni Potage

Souperman
A man with the word "soup" engraved upon his soul, giving him the ability to do soup magic. Played by R3Ked.

Huitzil

Probably not powered by hamster wheels
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/efmcah0waaml6j2_4.png
Good evening.
A robot created for war that was made into a butler. Played by Ayy Bee 121.

Katana

Eevee with a knife
The Evolution Pokémon. Played by KungFuCutBug.
  • Guest Fighter: Originally from Pokémon: Let's Go, Eevee!
  • Pokémon Speak: Can only communicate in permutations of "Eevee"... until Day 3, in which he gains the ability to speak English by mimicking Voxel's repeated shouts of "I need to go to Ikea".
  • Significant Name Overlap: Due to being the Victim of Circumstance, he was only brought into Sendri's game by one of their directors confusing him for another Katana. He's summarily baffled by the Alliance's unwillingness to let him go and continue searching for the right one; Sendri, in turn, can't understand why he doesn't consider their IOU as a good enough reimbursement. Even more egregiously, "Katana" isn't even his real name; his real name is Ifuku.

Kennifer

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/kennifer_transparent.png
As played solely by an extremely eloquent Dusty the Cat
Probably not actually a vampire, although she likes to pretend she is. Played by Ozbourne.
  • Ambiguously Human: She might be a vampire... or she might be a human pretending to be a vampire.
  • Brilliant, but Lazy: She somehow manages to be both ambitious and lazy as hell at the same time.
  • I Need a Freaking Drink: She has this reaction to many things that happen in the game, especially when something gross happens.
  • Lady Drunk: She is rarely seen without a glass (or bottle) of red wine in hand, and has passed out at least once.

Minrey Henstick

Nagibaldi 2 Fast 2 Furious
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/minrey_henstick_2.png
A strange, bent stick figure and the world's worst criminal. Played by Custard And Pie.
  • Abnormal Limb Rotation Range: Thanks to an unknown birth defect, his back and neck are bent in some pretty bizarre ways and his head just kind of... does its own thing. Combined with the fact that he's a stick figure, the other characters often have a hard time figuring out which side is his front and which is his back.
  • Cloudcuckoolander: His ideas and logic are... interesting, to say the least. For example, he buys into Bill's Brother's conspiracy theory regarding garden gnomes, causing him to join BB and Katana in burning all of the ship's garden gnomes. His favorite color is also clown vomit.
Voxel: Please never mention clown vomit. Late at night I still smell it...
Minrey: Why not? It reminds me of all those crazy nights I spent in Azibi and the ensuing hangovers! Move over Rainbow Dash, my tummy's the real rainbow factory, bitches!
  • Corrupted Character Copy: He's essentially Henry Stickmin with a mangled name, body, and mind.
  • Despair Event Horizon: When Nyquil is murdered and Huitzil is wrongly executed for it, Minrey goes completely off the deep end. He even attempted to commit suicide via a knife to the head (which was actually an attempt to remove the chip implanted in his brain) after Huitzil's execution. When he and the rest of the killers win, all he can do is demand to go home to his friends and continue to mourn for Nyquil.
  • Excessive Mourning: To say he doesn't take Nyquil Codone's death very well is an understatement. Minrey had feelings for Nyquil but never got to confess to him before his death, so not only does he excessively sob and take way too much of Voxel's magic mushrooms to ease the pain, whatever little reasoning he has flies out the window and causes him to buy into the other characters blaming Huitzil for Nyquil's death. At the end of the game, he even asks Sendri to give him Nyquil's basketball to take home with him.
  • Forced into Evil: The only reason he's the PR Guy for the murderers is because of a chip that was implanted in his brain shortly after the Alliance abducted him. No matter how much remorse he feels for his actions, the Alliance continues to force him to play with people's lives.
  • Frozen Face: His face is permanently frozen in a smug expression, possibly related to his aforementioned unknown birth defect. Even when he is mourning Nyquil Codone or feeling remorse for his decisions, he still maintains the smug face.
  • Guest Fighter: An Original Character based on the Henry Stickmin Series. More specifically, he's Henry but stupid with a mangled body and a Motor Mouth.
  • Hammerspace: He has full access to an arsenal of objects, most notably knives and flamethrowers, that he can pull out when the situation calls for it. However, it's unclear whether it's located in an invisible side pocket or his butt.
  • My God, What Have I Done?: Despite only being the murderer's PR guy, poor Minrey still can't help but feel horrible for taking part in the deaths of innocent people. Worse, he never even had a choice in becoming a murderer. He's essentially a dumb, petty criminal being forced to end lives.
  • Smug Smiler: Downplayed; due to his Frozen Face, he's alway smiling smugly, but doesn't always act the part.
  • Vague Age: Like the character he's based on, Minrey's 28... or so he says. Apparently his birth certificate doesn't exist, so verifying this is basically impossible.

Players — Your Final Frontier 2

could have used their powers for GOOD!
An edgy magical they. Played by wingedcatgirl.

Hibachi (Hina)

a bee, but green. (So a hoverfly)
Played by MOARPYLONZ.
  • Guest Fighter: Originally from the DonPachi games. Her human form is based on Hina from SaiDaiOuJou.
  • O.C. Stand-in: Hibachi in the DonPachi games doesn't really have a "character". In most games, she's just a mindless weapon, and even in SaiDaiOuJou, which at least gave her a human form and personality, her character isn't much more than "True Final Boss". As such, most of Hibachi's mannerisms and traits were invented for the Murderverse.
  • Split Personality: Inbachi is depicted as this. Specifically, when Inbachi is talking, the text is in    evil green   , as opposed to the normal green text when Hibachi is talking.

Invader Zim

Invading privacy, and Alliance Airspace
An alien with designs on world conquest, making him substantially more ambitious than Doof. Played by Risdio 51.

Loona (Dookie)

the ultimate grump-a-lump
Played by Dookie Idiot Nimrod.

Ryoma Hoshi

is courting disaster
A tennis player presumably in their late teens. Played by The Geek Artist 08.

Players — Your Final Frontier 3

"Billionaire Killer" Mark February

How many lives must be patented before his bloodlust is sated?!
Played by wingedcatgirl.
  • Cruel and Unusual Death: His signature skill of patenting someone's life results in their organs shutting down one by one as they lose legal ownership of them. He ends up suffering this very fate himself.
  • Fratbro: Spends most of Your Final Frontier 3 getting hammered on tropical cocktails served in coconut shells with little umbrellas.
  • Guest Fighter: Originally from "Bitcoin As Explained by A.I.".
  • Karmic Death: Sendri executes him by patenting his life, just as he had done to so many innocent Bitcoin miners in his backstory.
  • The Nicknamer: Makes up nicknames for everyone, from "Bulbasaur" for Cool Sendri to "toaster" for Mettaton to "Threepio" for Model 2-E, and never seems to use anyone's real name. The only time he drops it is when he's about to die, and starts calling Model 2-E by its real name.
  • O.C. Stand-in: His entire canon characterization is the sentence "The last time I mined a fresh Bitcoin, Billionaire Killer Mark February tried to patent my life". Everything else about him was extrapolated from this one sentence.
  • Unexplained Recovery: He "somehow clawed his way back from bankruptcy (and also death)" after Your Final Frontier 3 to join Party to Treason.
  • Villain's Dying Grace: After his execution is inevitable, he spends the last few moments of his life trying to help 2-E with her mission, despite her open hatred for him and not even knowing what her mission is.

Cool Sendri

YOU'RE FUCKING DEAD.
Played by MadameButterflyKnife.
  • Corrupted Character Copy: As the name implies, they're a 90s-coolkid send-up of Sendri, the ruthless and dictatorial host of this series.

Dr. Explosionface Willkillyou

Has Dr. as his first name.
Played by Tales of Under.
  • Heroic Sacrifice: As the Hero, he protected 2-E at the cost of his own life, taking its attacker with him.
  • Non-Human Head: He has a neverending stream of fire for a head.

Gary Busey

Agent 47 couldn't kill him. We'll see if the Alliance fares better.
Played by MatthewLM.
  • Bunny-Ears Lawyer: A Cloudcuckoolander with his quirks exaggerated (based on the real life actor himself), he nevertheless proves to be a competent detective who finds evidence that exposes Mettaton as Holly's murderer.
  • Near-Death Experience: Almost gets killed by the Ninja when he finds himself in the ocean being pursued by a sea creature. Fortunately, he wakes up just in time and survives.

Mettaton

it's an ANGRY calculator.
Played by Goose007.

Model 2-E

It's only a model.
Played by madface7. See also Yui's folder in .EXE ~ A Virus Containment Game.

Sam-I-Am

Has disavowed Senator Ted Cruz for missing the point of his book.
Played by Dookie.

Shin Amon

A Yakuza is like a Mafia, right? You'll fit right in.)
Played by Zanreo.
